Odd vibe Im getting from this place, Gave it two chances unfortunately for them a third is not happening. Stopped by with the lady friend on two seperate days for coffee and each time got neither a, Hello, Hi, How are you, Just the typical starbucks "What can I get you". I try local businesses because usually they care that youre there, spending your hard earned money on them and not the typical competition. I just visited a coffee shop in Needham the other day and was practically treated like royalty for buying a 3 dollar coffee.! Step up your game Broken Grounds

Broken Grounds is my favorite cafe! The service is superb! Amelia and Laura knew my order from day 2! The vegan/vegetarian/heathy options are plentiful. You can order 30 minutes in advance which is perfect for my commute from Fenway in the mornings. They also have plenty of options with avocado! Highly recommend that if you get off the T, make a left and walk to the end of the block - you wont be disappointed!

Staff is always cheerful and helpful when answering questions or giving recommendations. Café is always clean and service is prompt and attentive. When I feel like treating myself with a healthy meal or just a great cup of coffee, this place is on the top of my list.

Food is good but customer service on the phone is piss poor. Many times they wont take a phone order or the wait for takeout is very long...which is fine but you dont need to be rude to your customers on the phone when they call.
