The service here really is awful lately. The staff isnt the same as last year. The wait time is insane. I could literally set my stuff down with my friends, go to Dunkin Donuts up the street, and return before theyd get to me in line. My apologies to the long term staff who have always been so nice to me, but the new people suck. One guy had me wait 15 minutes for a basic brew. Hed forgotten about me, after he assured me Id be out in 5 minutes. I was in a real hurry that day. Stupid me for stopping at that location. Theres a creepy old guy named Jim who sits there all day and acts like an expert on everything too. So drinking it there is out of the question.

Its a Starbucks. Clean and updated often, as most are. In late afternoon or early evening, this location often claims to run out of the whole milk used in my preferred drink. Not sure if they get sudden unexpected traffic or it is just poor planning. Given the frequency with which it occurs, Id guess the latter. (Although the pessimist in me sometimes wonders if they just dont want to open a new gallon...) [Disclaimer: I was once "Customer of the Week" at this location -- good for a week of free daily drinks, bad for my waistline...]

Very slow service. Twice now I have ordered ahead a decaf because I know it takes ten minutes to make (pour over). I waited while they did it the first time, after I arrived of course. The second time I just wanted my money back. I ordered it ten minutes ahead and when I asked about it, he said it would be a while, as it needs to be a pour over. Well no s***. More time socializing and less time paying attention to orders seems to be the norm for this store.

Daughter in law turned me on to the cinnamon almond milk macchiato, ooh la la. My favorite. STAFF 98% of the times at the different stores are very nice. Sometimes drink if a little different (I like a lot of the syrup) but all in all soo good. Thanks Starbucks and Namco. Oh yeah the lemon pound cake, to die for.

Dont go to this particular Starbucks if youre in a rush!!! Too many times Ive come in and waited longer than any other Starbucks Ive been too, including the crowded ones you find in a mall. The wait time is crazy here.

I go every Thursday and Sunday. Great team, very friendly but loses 1 star for having the most dangerous entrance and parking lot. Ive seen many car accidents and near misses.

Friendly, cheerful service. Good menu. Clean. Soft bench in the back where I can lounge and read in relative privacy. What more can you want from a coffee chain?
