usually a friendly staff... if not a little lazy. Restaurant is falling down. Its disintegrating in front of you. Sit by the windows when its raining and youll get wet. Water runs down the inside of the windows then out through the holes in the floor. The soda machines are gross, when theyre working. Everything is kept "clean" but its so old and run down you cant tell. The clientele can be iffy as well. Its right in the "bad part" of town and is frequented by the local ... I dont even know what drugs theyre on. But theyre incoherent, and loud. Im a big guy and Ive gotten to the point of calling 9-1 and waiting for the second 1. What do you do when a tweaker comes to the table to apologize for their friends transgressions ... trying to keep you from calling the cops. I thought I was about to witness a robbery once. Other times, its drunk teenagers giggling in the corner. Barking obscenities like they might in a high school assembly.. but dude.. you and I are the only ones here. I know it was you. Do you really want me coming over there? So, the town isnt ALL that bad by Maryland standards, but Taco Bell is notorious for being the place to go when wasted, and this one is particularly tolerant of it. I dont think ive ever seen a "management type" in there.

For my first experience at this specific Taco Bell Im disgusted. The service inside was completely slow. Not only was my specifications with my order ignored but when I brought up to the employee that my order wasnt complete I was told this. Now be aware that my order was the limited time double chulupa box. The employee stated this "Sorry I only rang you up for one." When I stated for the double box I only received one I could hear the cooks yelling and being quite rude. This experience happened around 9:30 at night.

Their bathrooms are filthy and disgusting. There is food all over the floors. There is writing all over the tables and seats. The tables and seats are filthy along with the drink station that is sticky. Personally I would rather go to burger king. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone

The building could use some corporate love, but the staff at night always takes care of me amazingly at my orders always perfect and done quickly and with a smile. Would choose going here over McDonalds any day! I would give 5 Stars if corporate would give their building some love.

Horrible. Used to work there not only do they have roaches but when it rains water leaks on the food. Bathroom floor was a used needle one time and riff raff seems to hang out and work there.

The beans are always watery and stale tasting. The onions are chopped large and do not taste fresh. The burritos are poorly assembled. This has been pretty consistent across visits.
