Pros: 1. One of the nicest Customer Service fast food places in this area. 2. Theres this really chipper gal named Erin whos always upbeat, which is beyond a big deal because when the majority of fast food is selling the same or similar products, all you have to differentiate is the service to customers. 3. My fiance is vegetarian and Im a vegan, and My fiance often swaps out beef in his order for beans in meals, and this is one of the Few places in this area that actually pays attention to the item specifications and doesnt get it wrong- which is great! Unlike Applebees who still includes chicken strips in his pasta for Carside To Go, Or Taco Johns who totally forgets the order and sticks beef in there anyway- as cute as that is every time (sarcasmn.) Cons: Sign outside that flashes says "Open Late- 4AM", we drove up at 315am and seen 2 people eating inside, lights on inside. Lights off the order menu, Strange. Wait, Nothing. Call, asking if theyre open while watching people eat inside, They said that theyre only open on weekends until 4am, and during the week only open until 2am. Today is Thursday 07/20/12. People eating inside ducked down once they seen us. Odd, Need to fix the sign outside.

Absolute failure, costumer service was poor ever from the shift leaders the shift leader are suppose to have some customer service skills but not this crew they extremely lack customer mania and are not professional bellinairs I simple ask for them to make me a double decker out of a normal taco and they gave me a side of beans and a tortilla and told me to make it my self, this is coming from a shift leader and least have the decency to make the double decker do pass it to the customer to due that is what you get paid for... Im never coming here again due to the fact that they are not professional and dedicated to there job they ate just there for there pay check have some honor and dignity in your job and make the customer happy... DONT EVER COME HERE RUN AWAY

My experience has been awful! They always forget half of my order or its made sloppy. I called and spoke to the manager Chelsea who said she would give me a combo meal and write it in their black book. I didnt go back for about another month and they once again forgot half of my order. I called and spoke to a guy who found my name in their black book and added what was missing to my original order. I went back the very next day and they said that they never had record of my name or my order. I called and spoke to a manager who said she would give me a combo meal but I didnt pick it up for fear they did something to my meal.

I know why I never eat Taco Bell....food is horrible, costs too much and this location is filthy...floors, doors, windows and tables all had food or sticky nasty stuff on them. Staff seemed to be good but apparently management is lacking and obviously there is no want to keep inside clean. Hopefully employees are washing their hands!

It was by far the best taco Bell anywhere within a 100 mile distance.they were all top of there game, and the teamwork that was presented to my order was awesome! I cant wait to start working for this team.... nay...this family! The dream team f being part of this team is all that could hope for!

Regular drive thru customer. Ive never had a bad experience here, the food is always prepared correctly and my order is always right! Ive only waited during times that the place was packed, other than that they run quickly and efficiently! Great location!

I know its just Taco Bell, but Im a firm believer if youre working in customer service you should at least pretend to be nice to the customers. I drive down town to the one on 1st Ave. Always friendly and polite. They go out of their way to be nice.
