Great sandwiches! some guy who answered the phone possibly should not be answering the phone . I had a repeat my order three times because he was obviously doing something else than taking my phone call, and then this was the best, he said "what time you tryin to come in" Did first attempt to go in fail?? that i need to try again or do I not matter because I dont understand that? what time I tryin to come in. Thats awesome!!! Im tryin to give an extra star just because of that!!! 4 stars!!

I like Potbellys and have ate at several other locations with no problems. I always get a big wreak with the same toppings, but when I come to this location (3 times) it always upsets my stomach and gives the runs later in the day. Not sure what is different but something is wrong here.

The folks who work here are both friendly and efficient. They make you feel important while still moving the line along. I ordered a cup of chicken enchilada soup here last week and it was hot and delicious - just what the doctor ordered on a cold day in January.

consistency is food is what you get with potbelly, service is decent but they put emphasis on drive thru, parking lot is way too small at busy times, no breakfast menu either
