This starbucks is great. Mostly just because the staff are really friendly, helpful, and tolerant. Ive been here several times. Ive watched some crazy stuff go down here -- like people throwing full cups of coffee at the staff -- and they dealt with it very professionally. I mean, they didnt follow the person out, threaten to murder their parents and/or kids, or case them down with a baseball bat, so I guess they took it better than I would have. Aside from that, its a large starbucks with lots of seating, late hours, and a good atmosphere. Theres lots of parking. It can get busy, but that feels par for the course at starbucks. Overall, they have a good space and seem very concerned with getting your drink right. That earns this place 5 stars (or 5 of whatever this funky rating system is).

Ok. i just wen to this location and ask for a water cup wen i ask for it. the just ignore me and after 8mts i ask again to a. Ashier and he was very rude to me sayind WITH ACTITUDE OOOO you have to wait on Line lake everybody eals.....just for a water cup...I never will be back to this location... very BAD COSTOMER SERVICE....BAD PLACE ...........04/04/15.......

One of the few coffee shops open late in the area (important for parents of toddlers who need to go on date night after kids are sleeping). This place is open till 11am Sun-Thurs and till 1am on Fri and Sat. Definitely a younger crowd later at night (working on school stuff). Pretty clean and Kyle was an excellent drink preparer. Super fast.

I had an awful experience and I was totally surprised. The cashier on the particular day was so rude. I said hi when I reached the counter and he was like uh-huh what do you want to order.... I just couldnt believe how rude he was being. Ive been back after this incident and havent seen him. I hope he quit or got fired

This Starbucks was strange. They didnt have any large straws for my venti and so I had to use a tiny straw that got lost in the whip cream. They also did not call out the order loud enough so my whip cream melted. The cashier Brittany was being rude and was obviously annoyed with the customers.

The baristas are usually friendly but this location tends to be very busy from 10am until 3pm -- expect to stand in line for 10 minutes, and, difficulty getting a seat. Always clean and well- maintained (incl. the restrooms). Parking can also be a challenge.

Nice stuff, quite busy so getting a sit with the charge spot isnt very easy. The main concern: wifi is still from AT&T which cant even pass latency test. Thus, useless location.

A nice quiet place to have coffee and work on the net. They have outdoor seating and are open late. This, for me, is the pull to come at all hours. Their snacks are good too!☺
