Pretty good I like the ice cream there and there are so many choices which is cool but. I wish they could wear something over their hair so no hair got in the ice cream because I went there one time and there was a piece of hair in my ice cream (on top of it) but this hasnt happened before and i have been here atleast 40 times so it is very rare to find a hair on your ice cream but I still love basking robbins.

We ordered a Dora the Explorer ice cream cake. We requested sprinkles on the side, which we didnt get. In addition, we got something we DIDNT ask for: a hair on the cake. It was wedged beneath and wrapped around one of the figurines (so it wasnt one of us who got it on there). At least the flavor of the cake was passable.

I took my two girls for an ice cream treat at baskin Robbins in rohnert park. I needed a small cup of water so my girl could take her meds. The girls behind the counter said NO! They are not allowed! But I could buy bottled water for $2! I just needed a sip for my little one! Then they went back to counting their tips!
