5 stars for the way they handled grand opening. The offer of a free pizza created a long line out the door. Employees brought out water to patrons while promoting their micro brews on tap. A pizza is created and cooked in about 3 minutes, with a number of pizzas made at a time so the line was moving well. They are personal sized thin crust pizzas, enough to fill a person or split for two as a light lunch. Pizzas are priced under $10 so this is a good spot for a quick and inexpensive meal before or after a flick at the theater out front.

Of the three new chain of pizza stores (Blaze, Mod) we give them all five stars but rate The Pizza Press #1. There is something special about the extra freshness of their ingredients that lifts The Pizza Press above the rest. If only they were able to make their crust a tad more crispy, like Mod, they would then fall into the six star category.

My custom pizza was fantastic. Its a thin crust that is done right. No sugar in dough like the big chain pizza places, perfect crispiness to chewiness. Oh and the craft beer selection is great. Lots of local brews. Our new favorite pizza place.

Really great pizza and very friendly staff. They have several craft beers on tap. It is themed after a newspaper press, which is very unique and works surprisingly well. Definitely good for a quick bite and it does get crowded at lunch.

Trendy "build-your-own" pizza place. Friendly staff, fresh ingredients, wide micro beer menu. Pizza was thin crust, and pretty tasty, but atmosphere was lacking. To do a quick chow-down it was okay.

Good new spot for lunch. Can get a bit backed up at times but wait isnt bad. Havent been after hours, but they have a nice selection of craft beers on tap as well.
