What can I say. I went to Baskin Robbins in Petaluma about 2 months a go and ordered a vanilla milkshake. Upon receiving the milkshake I began drinking it and it was nothing but pure milk, no substance at all. I politely asked for another one, at this time the manager came out, apologized and made me another one. This time it was marginally better than the first. I left and will never return unless every other ice cream shop in Petaluma closes.
