Elizabeth, the manager at the bakery is horrible. Treats the employees just aweful as well as the customers. I went in requesting a simple drawing on a bday cake (I had topper for it), the young man at the counter went to the back twice for clarity. Aparently this was too much for her and irritated her, so she replied with a ridiculous amount to quote me. He was so embarrassed to tell me (would have been double the price of the cake!). I asked to speak to her. I waited a while and another lady went to get her and I can hear her speak spanish saying "WHAT DOES SHE WANT NOW!". When she came out she has a nice fake smile and changed her tune. I was desperate for the cake so I continued with the order, she then said a much lower number. I asked her why she quoted the guy so much and blamed him for not being clear. Whatevs. I then asked him if she bakes too (in case she could spit in my cake or something) he said no, just "manages" that she gets very irritated and has a short temper with them. I got her name from him (which he gladly gave me). I am sending an email to corporate about her. That is not ok. She should not be in that position with that attitude. Give the job to someone that really wants it. Employees shouldnt have to suffer, customers should be treated with respect WE are spending money. I will never return. I will stick with a small bakery that treats me right and appreciates my business. Theres a bakery on every corner, good for me, bad for Viktor Benes, they lost a customer. ***UPDATE***Cake was horrible! I am truly saddened. The bread was crumbling and soggy, the bavarian had a almost chemical taste. It was a sad ending to an amazing party for my Son. Money down the drain. I sent an email to corporate.

Wonderful breads, rolls, beautifully decorated cakes and cookies. Delicious sorbets. Preorder if possible. The counter service is excellent. They will slice your bread or make your favorite coffee drink be it latte, mocha, copachino or brewed coffee. You can grab a cup and a Danish or a bagel and enjoy a few minutes by their fire place. Easy parking. Wheelchair accessible, including bathrooms.
