Stopped in today on our way through Wisconsin. Amazing bagels. Get the Swiss one, you wont be disappointed! The decor is warm and inviting. Only giving four stars because the "comfy" chairs were really beat up and not that comfy (a coffee shop must, in my opinion), and they charge 50 cents for drip coffee refills. Really? I had to scrounge the bottom of my purse for change because I didnt want to charge a 50 cent purchase. Also, the person who rang us up (I think he was actually the owner or manager) was very gruff and unfriendly. When I went back for a second bagel (yes, theyre that good) a gal with green hair helped me and was great! Next time I hope shes working the register and not the older guy we got the first time. Friendliness goes a long way in creating customer loyalty.

Drinks, food, and service are usually great. The man who I assume is the owner never smiles or looks like he enjoys his business. The coffee shop has great potential, but is so run down. Many of the banquetts are held together with duct tape and some of the stools are in questionable condition. Just yesterday I watched someone sit on a stool that was broken and it nearly collapsed. This establishment is close to my home so we come in often enough and will continue, but it would be nice to see some improvements.

I love Hudson Bagel and Coffee! Theres always something going on: rewards, events, bagels of the day, specials of the month, you name it. I have never been disappointed in the food, my favorites being the crunch bagels. And the pumpkin white chocolate cream cheese is amazing! The only downside is that you have to get there early to snag the bagel of the day. I wish theyd make more of those specialty items throughout the day for those of us who cant get there before 9 am.

Had not been here for two years due to Rude service from a guy in Hawaiian shirt on numerous visits. Decided to go back to get bagels for a Mothers Day breakfast and after they opened nothing was ready period shouldnt have to be told to come back later to get food if you open at 6 a.m. Would rather wait for Brueggers to open and get service with a smile.

It is a family tradition for us stop off at Hudson Bagel & Coffee. If I was forced to say anything negative, I would write that I wish their food wasnt so delicious: Id eat less and have a better waistline. We love the atmosphere. So many things about the place say "We are a neighborhood establishent, not part of an inter-galactic chain."

Food is usually good, but often specials run out without signs/employees being updated. They have a really nice loyalty rewards program, and the soups are always so tasty. But the owner always seems really crabby and unhappy. It doesnt feel welcoming, sadly.

Hudson Bagel is a hometown favorite for our family. The first thing my little grandchildren say when they come to visit, is "can we go to Hudson Bagel for a chocolate sprinkle doughnut?" Good food, great coffee, and good conversation; always a treat for us.

We go to the "Bagel shop" at least once a week. So many bagels to choose from. A lot of sandwiches and soup and sandwich combos. Free WI-Fi if you choose. Older crowd during the morning and younger in the late afternoon.

The bagels are always fresh and yummy! Everything on the menu taste homemade, and it mostly is. I especially love the little mini muffins they include with meals, a nice touch, and always delicious!
