Very disappointing experience. They are no longer doing a sale on the traditional wings at all. Only boneless. Even so, our visit was bad this time. Service started out well. He explained about the change, and that traditional wings were too expensive to continue doing the sale. BWW will probably take a lot of heat for this, but this is not the focus of the 2 star experience. We ordered the easiest thing the kitchen could possibly produce. 2 dozen boneless wings with various flavor spins, an order of wedges, and drinks. Drinks came prompt enough, but the food took 50 minutes from ordered to table. The wedges were good. The sauce on the wings they cant mess up. The wings themselves, though, were extremely overcooked, and oversalted. Imagine chicken nuggets with very thick breading, fried dark brown and crisp as gravel. Covered in delicious, spicy goodness, but no matter how much lipstick you put on a pig its still a pig. Also, no celery and carrots. Had to ask for them, which is very annoying. There were two bright spots. I watched the brewer game and the price was pretty low. That doesnt make up for them messing up horribly what they should be KNOWN FOR. Wings beer sports. First thing in your motto, guys.

About a month ago I ordered about 45 wings as take out and the person who took my order didnt even bother giving me the correct amount of ranch dipping that I was suppose to get! When I looked into the bag, there was only two small ass 20oz ranch dressing cup in there for 45 wings! Like girl you must be kidding me rn! I didnt pay this much just to have two small ass ranch cup to go with my 45 wings! When they clearly marked and charged my ticket with a bunch of ranch dipping. I swear BWW is stingy af with their dipping sauce. Like girl, this aint Mcdonald, Smh. Even Mcds customer service is better than this joint. BWW needs major upgrade on their customer service because its weak af. Customers beware! They will scam you so be careful! Check your bags and tickets, sometimes they will give you the wrong dipping sauce too! Which in my case Ive experienced more than once, recently! If BWW doesnt upgrade their customer service they best believe Im going to take my money somewhere else! No tea no shade, pink lemonade.

I,m a huge fan of this place,but,i ate there the other day and I,m wondering if things are not going well,,,i asked for some ranch dip and was charged 60 cents extra,,also if u want a couple of tiny veggie sticks to go with order,that is another 60 cents,,its embarrassing why not just raise price of meals a bit,,,also u have to ask for extra napkins,,,wow,,so I had no choice but leave a 60 cent tip. :-(

Loud. Great place for the young sport minded crowd; which I am not. I did not enjoy it but the nephews did. I thought it expensive, they did not..... but they did not pay the bill. A bit of a mixed review. If you like televisions while eating this is a great place. If you want to visit with the other people in your group then this would not be a good choice. Food was good and service was adequate.

Service... absolutely is horrible. As much as I love BWW... This has been the worst :( Still waiting for the waitress..has not come back since we got our food. I asked for napkins, took forever, only to have her run away. Pathetic.. Either she needs less tables, as this is not that busy as I would assume she must have the whole entire place. Food was good... Sad that the service sucked it up.

Not sure why people think the wings are that great. Its a box restaurant usually over crowded. Our last visit they served our food to wrong table so we got our appetizers after we where served our main dish. They tried to send them the the wrong table again.. I would guess that table was happy with a free appetizers but we where never even offered an apology let along a discount

What you would expect for a BWW. Except the wait staff at this specific one are so busy chatting with each other that they dont bother talking to the guests. Did not get a welcome coming in the door. Tried talking to the bar tender and felt like I was a bother. Did not get a thanks for coming or anything when leaving. Anyone who frequents Bdubs knows this is not typical behavior.

HORRIBLE service. Our waitress acted like it was a major inconvenience to wait on us. 1) I had to ask her what the special was; 2) she walked away numerous times before we finished talking; and 3) she rolled her eyes when we asked a question about something. I will NEVER go back there again. Your food may be good but it is not worth that treatment.

Love this place! Whether sitting down or ordering carry-out, I recommend it for a fun sports bar atmosphere ad good food. Meeting friends and hanging out to watch a game or a fight, or just to enjoy the wings, its a win. I order carry-out regularly and am very happy with the service and food. This reminds me... Time to order some bdubs!

wanted to play Trivia.....servers did not seem to care if the playmaker was charged or not. When you are winning and in the middle of a game, it goes dead. Then it took the server over a half hour to get me another one. Says she forgot. Dont the managers realize that when you play, or want to play Trivia-its important??!!

Horrifically overpriced. A couple beers and a handful of wings (which are tiny) cost over 20 bucks. And they nickel and dime you if you want dipping sauce. Ridiculous. Eau Claire needs a Hooters or something similar. They would obliterate this place. they need to be boycotted until they cut their prices literally in half.

I always great great service here, but the product is always WAY overpriced for what you get and the environment is too noisy. Not from people talking and cheering about sports, but the music. Seems to be the same at every Bdubs. In my opinion, bdubs is the most overrated restaurant.

For starters, the food is fantastic, but the service killed the rating. I went there, and the service is boarderline awful, and the server took our drink order, then our order and we didn’t see her again until our check came. It’s rare you receive good service at this bdubs.

Would be cool if you could reserve a table for a guaranteed $ amount (per table). This place is good overall though and one of my kids favorite place to eat (6 y/o girl and 8 y/o boy). Definitely one of the better places of this kind in EC.

Place was dead sat down, waited 20 min not a single person came to take our drink orders or ask if we had been help so we left While leaving 3 servers told us to have a great day and hoped we would come back .... We will not be going back

The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean, but the food service is often slow. Not an ideal place for a quick bite to eat. Very kid friendly with the menu, tablet, coloring, and seating. We take our 1 year old and 5 year old often.
