Horrible. We eat out a lot, and i am so appalled at the service we received tonight. First the drive through attendant kept saying they couldnt do what we asked for. Really rude. The screen didnt work so we couldnt even see our total.Then we went to pay they told us to park and that we had to wait for our food, but no one was there and they were not busy whatsoever. By the time we got our food, everything was cold and our entire order was WRONG! Kids ordered plain hotdogs, receipt says plain hotdogs, we got hotdogs smothered in ketchup, mustard, relish and onion. Not to mention the fact that they were so burnt they shrunk, but were cold. Burgers were burnt and dry and over compensated with extra mustard, yet cold! Fries were freezing, Im talking almost still frozen. Also ordered a ranch side salad but got charged for a full size salad and we got Italian. We asked for ketchup, but didnt get any. The food was all sloppy, cold, salty and horrible. We didnt even bother going back for fear of spitting in our food so had to walk away with extremely disappointed kids. Sad to say because we normally love Burger King.

Every since the morning manager quit after working for five years and them not willing to give her any kind of raise morning drive thru has been horrible, I think its time to put numbers on your menu to make ordering simple, three times a week for the last ten weeks I have gone thru the drive thru, my orders are simple I speak Engilsh in HD. My order is a Pancake and sausage platter,( simple ) thats whats on the menu, they repeat, So you said Ultimate Breakfast platter and they do this every time. I understand a company wanting to make a bigger sale but this is Burger King have it your way, I guess not any more! Put numbers on your menu to make easier for you staff ! No more, it happen again 12/14/2013 and got even worst I just left, incompetence on the high level who needs this to start off there day !

On Friday the 23rd of February 2017 I ordered The fully-loaded breakfast croissant sandwich. The flavor was so good the sandwich looked so delicious and the smell had me begging for more. The service that was provided was awesome and I want every Burger King to cook the breakfast croissant sandwich the way the one on Andover Parkway across from the Southcenter Mall by Dollar Tree. Well anyways I gave them a call while I was eating the sandwich and thank them for their service and their food. This is a Burger King should be tasteful which it was. I highly recommend anybody in that area to eat there. Congrats to the team that made my food on February 23rd 2017 at 8: 8:45 to 8:50 in the morning

Last night around 10 :12 pm I ordered food I wanted to add one more oder on the window shes like you have to go back they are not even busy no one was there only me I said never mind then she asked me to wait in the parking us I was waiting take about 7 minutes that is fine too but they didnt complete my order they forgot some of my order I got home my kids waiting for me but missing food I paid but didnt get my complete order disappointed I was never

It is fast food and I dont think there is much to say about a Burger King since almost everyone knows what to expect in terms of food here. What can be said is location specific. This particular Burger King is one of the more clean and updated locations. Ive noticed in recent years that other Burger King locations are kind of grungy and I have stopped going as a result but this one is up to competitors standards.

Horrible place. Employees are extremely rude and so is the manager. Found a piece of hair in my burger. Lobby is always dirty. I have had a problem atleast 4 times here. Will never come here again. I would pay using my own money to let the world know how bad this place is. Manager rude manager that doesnt care about customer service needs to be fired so this place can turn around.

One at things the i love from trash food especially from burger King its the smoking flavor,i stop by the usual place the i use for over 19 yrs,to order my favior meal and i am so disappointed today when i see how gove to me uncooked parties and so messed order,cold parties and cool fries,so sad cuz when i returned just say oh can u wait:(

I actually want to give it about two and a half stars. Looks like it was not cleaned properly prior to the lunch rush. I tried the chicken fries and fries on a coupon today, even though it was during the lunch rush my chicken fries were lukewarm at best, it makes me wonder if theyre warmer is even working properly.

Incomplete order at the drivd thur....endup going back in asking for the rest of my order....soda taste like carbonated water....they know that they are running out syrup.....but still serve it to the customer.....the whooper is super slappy.....almost ruin my appitate....will never go back there again!!!!!!

Stopped purchasing food from Burger King once I found a few ingredient labels and researched the scientific terms. It may look like food but it isnt. Are you sure you know what youre eating? Never really had a good customer service experience at this location.

Just went through the drive- thru..then got on I-5 south in rush hour..apparently the girl at the window did not think I needed all my food. Guess she thought I should pay 12 bucks for a med sized value meal. Not happy at all and will not be going back.

Convenient location that I keep going to because of their speed and efficiency. Ive never had them mess up one of my far too frequent and unhealthy meals. And the fries and onion rings are accidentally vegan friendly.
