Its a typical coffee shop where you order at the counter. Coffee is a bit overpriced, and inconsistent. Batistas tend to add their own flare to drinks. Havent tried much of their food, nothing looks too amazing. My 10 year old saw a promotion at the counter last time. It said if you join the text club you get a free mini bunt cake. So I joined at her insistence. Cashier charged me for the cake anyways, even though I showed her the text. It was a packaged dessert like youd get from a fast food joint. Im sure well be back, since its the only coffee place at The Trails, where my husband works. Unfortunately, they dont give discounts to the neighboring stores, unlike other restaurants. Oh well.

My review: I approached the counter and looked up at the menu board. There are an enormous number of Sandwiches, Panini, Salads, Soups, and Sides. The Roast Beef & Cheddar and The Club Panini caught my gaze. I asked the young lady at the counter (Rachel), which she would recommend. She immediately replied, "The Panini Club." OMG! Thank you, Rachel. The Best Sandwich I have ordered at a restaurant in some time. I will order the RB&C next time just to compare. Restaurant is clean, customer service was very good, and the food worth the money. Ill definitely be back.

Amazing place that me and my loved one have come to enjoy. We are getting ready to hit the road home. Felt to have one last great meal in such a warm and welcoming place. The people here are kind and polite and were very welcoming. Highly recommended for a place to relax after a hard day. Will be dearly missed. Thank you so much, especially making my sweetheart happy with the garlic bread. Best fresh and again. Love it here!

Very modern, unique, and appealing cafe. Delicious food, and nice staff. The promotion of their food before you order gives you a real sense of how high quality their pastries and delectable are. Definitely worth your time if youre looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy some scrumptious treats.

Very polite staff, friendly and definitely customer service oriented. This is my first time stopping in and I only got a coffee but the coffees delicious and I feel as if the prices are better than most places. Will definitely come back for some food next time.

This was a surprisingly incredible experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was out of this world. A must have is the chai tea. Outstanding food and service. We will definitely be completely back back many times!

Husband and I had lunch. Sandwiches were hot and very tasty. Liked that each one had its own taste and not like some places where they all taste the same. It is "fast food" style but better. Employees friendly and helpful. Would go again.

Cinnamon muffins....Youve got to try these. Sounds simple right? The muffins are muffins not cake pretending to be muffins. If youre a true muffin fan youll be hooked. Light airy, with a lite glaze and crumble cinnamon top. YUM.

I hate panera, but would choose them over this place. Tried to order a modified sammich due to allergies. They are pre packaged kits and cant be changed. Husbands toast came out so cold it couldnt melt butter whatsoever.

This place is much more than a Bakery. Overall its more of a restaurant. Not only they sell assorted baked goods, they also sell breakfast and lunch. Would suggest coming here if you need a nice pick me up.
