I loved this place, 5 stars easily. The shawarma in my opinion was hands down the best thing on the menu. The fries are still legit. However the last couple of times that I have been there have been beyond disappointing. The shawarma meat the last 2 times was beyond terrible. It had the consistency of a cracker, was cold and tasted like it had been left under a heat lamp for way to long. I usually get it to go so I couldnt return it. There only seems to be one guy working the truck now where there used to be a couple people. Maybe hes just shorthanded who knows but the quality has definitely suffered. Maybe I just hit it on the wrong days but 2 times in a row is giving me some pause in going back. I hope they get this fixed as I said before they had the best shawarma in the city period.

Full Disclosure: I am a 31 year old male who has previously worked in the food industry I am not an accredited chef and I do not know the owner or his family and I have never been here before. I am a Lyft driver who was driving up Airport Way and saw this food truck was the only food truck open in Georgetown and decided to stop for a bite. The location is ideal, the food truck is very clean and well signed and the owner is very nice and it is clear that all of the food including all of the prep work down to The Cutting of the cabbage and the preparation of the fries he does himself and This lends an enormous Credence to his work ethic that even given that he was the only thing open in the entire area on a Monday at lunch. Im sure you can understand that this food was excellent

My current favorite. From the menu, lamb/beef Shawarma is the crown. Its much better than the competing Shawarma or Gyro places in my opinion. This place now has covered sitting area which is a most in Seattle climate. The parking can be painful though and beware of the big trucks trying to pass through the narrow road.

Im consistently impressed by Hallava Falafel. Their menu is executed perfectly every time and the quality and freshness cannot be beat. Its always worth a trip if Im in the area, or ordering from a food delivery service. Protip: add garlic to the double dropped fries. Delicious.

Delicious! A longtime favorite. Very friendly and usually pretty quick, also now there are more options for trucks next to the falafel truck.
