Went there for the first time, and was so disappointed. Paid almost $50. When we received our food we didnt get our large frys. So we thought maybe they were still in the fryer. So we waited 5 more mins. Then my husband went up to ask. They asked for our receipt. So we showed them. But I guess she messed up. Cause we asked for a mid and then we asked to see the sizes of the fryer. The mid was to small for our family so we asked for large size instead. So you can see were we thought we order fries. So when my husband asked the guy he said he got us.He never said we had to pay for them. So we waited about 15-20 min by then our food was all gone. I was very upset. This was my cheat date on my diet, and my first time coming here. So I went and waited inline to tell them myself. The lady I was talking to was really rude. I work in food service for a long time.No employees talks to there customers like that. She told me the girl that took my order was new and learning. And that I have to buy my fries that food isnt free. I told her well were done eating our food I dont want my fries no more. I left pissed and that I wasted $50. I could have ate at a nice restaurant, and if they messed up your order they would have treated us way better. I will be letting all my family and friends know what a big waste of money five guys is.

Dinner time... not wanting to whip up something to eat... nor wanting a mess to clean up after eating... we decided for a quick trip out for a burger. Five Guys Burgers was the destination. Free peanuts... watching their process for cranking out "meals" was our entertainment. In a matter of minutes our orders were ready... a couple of cheeseburgers, fries, a couple of drinks and $25 later dinner was served. The whole experience was positive (burgers and fries were fresh and hot)... except for the cheap, tinny, noisy, crappy, worthless sound emanating from the ceiling mounted speakers. The acoustics of the room was such that all the normal restaurant noise echoed off the walls... and then add in the racket from cheap speakers soon gave me a headache... we wolfed down our meal and beat feet out of there... we couldnt get away fast enough! Guess we will scratch them off our "places to eat" list... If noise is not a problem for you then by all means grab a burger there... otherwise be forewarned!!

So my review may not be entirely fair, Ill be up front with that. Good food, atmosphere, but my one complaint is against the two male employees who decided to run in front of my car this morning at 10:45 and almost get hit in the parking lot. (Im assuming running to Starbucks.) They almost caused a serious accident and I really hope someone in the management office sees this and gives them a talking too. I went immediately to the store to let the manger know but it was some other kid who Im sure said nothing. No complaints against the store just those two idiots. Edit: I lowered the score, there was a crosswalk not even 5ft. away. maybe petty but come on!

The burgers are tasty but the Customer Service is TERRIBLE! Management is the problem. The manager is Dave and he is so rude and apathetic. I have no idea why Dave has a career in customer service, but Five Guys should know he is costing them business. My husband and I will never go here again, Red Robin will get our burger business going forward. We dont need to pay $25 for two hamburgers deliberately made incorrectly and then be treated rudely by management. We always get bad service here, this is just finally the time we are fed up and want to share our horrible experience.

8/15/17 7:22 pm Dinner was very yummy.Hats off to the Cook! The cashier was extra grumpy. The customer in,front of us let the persome giving his food to him, know. I work at the big blue retail store and deal with customers all day. So I ask myself why do people who dont like giving customer service, work in customer service. I try to not deal with grumpy people on my days off. So the name on my receipt is Kyle H. I say to the Kyle H s. Every day you wake up is a good day! Give positive customer service or get out of that field. You give your co-workers a bad name...

Way overpriced in my opinion but good if you have the money. I got a little bacon burger. -all toppings are free apparently but I couldve gotten a bigger burger for less by ordering a hamburger and asking for everything on it. They do charge more for bacon and cheese. I once tried to take some peanuts to go in my bag and was told I couldnt do that because of allergies. Fair enough even though I was going to take them straight home. It cost me 10.90 for a little bacon burger and small fry. No drink. I think this is pretty steep.

Five Guys is great. No Frills nothing fancy, just a good old fashioned burger and fries. They claim they have no freezer on site, and that makes for a really good patty. Huge orders of fries. A large fry was enough for 6 of us to share. Place was pretty clean, but floors were very slick due to peoples wet feet from the rain. Daughter almost frll walking to the bathroom. Neverless, we Love love love 5 guys. Stop there anytime we are in Puyallup and hungry.

Messed up both of our burgers and the fries were cold so they essentially mishandled our entire order. Had to return to get it fixed. Received the order and they got it wrong AGAIN. Went back and instead of getting a new cheeseburger they handed me a "heated up" piece of cheese to put on my burger. Never received an apology or any kind of acknowledgement. Run by a bunch of useless teenagers who have no idea what customer service is. Do not recommend.

Soon as walked in, saw a clean organized place. People eating seemed happy. 2 person working on floor cleaning and employees seemed to do well in the kitchen. I would say cashier was little cold, but she could of been having a bad day... but everything was done well. My food was fresh and hot, handing the food to me instead of leaving it on counter was such a nice thing that many places dont do today. Great service and great place

Best place to go out for either lunch or dinner. Been here three times for both lunch and dinner. First time I was in 8th grade, and had lunch with my class. Second time I was a freshman of the same school (Ferrucci Junior High) Third time it was last night Their grilled cheese sandwiches and fries are the best. Its totally recommended to anyone I know.

Five Guys has my favorite fast food burger. Its better than a place like Red Robin at a lower price point. The ability to customize your burger, the generous portions of fresh cut fries and tasty milkshakes pair well with the free in-the-shell peanuts (to tide you over until your food arrives) to offer a great value proposition. No drawback here.

Its ok. I like the fries. Theyre the same as if I made them at home. Aside from that, theyre super over priced. I had a med fry, thats it. Nothing to drink and nothing else to eat. Grandson had a hot dog, small fry and a milkshake. Costs me almost $22.00 Not kidding. No joke. And no, no tips are involved.
