If youre coming in thinking that 5-7 is not a busy couple of hours youre going to have a bad time. Ive never had a problem knowing that Im going to have to wait for pizza because just like everybody else I chose to grab a pizza instead of cook. I come in to see these kids busting their butts to get the product out, its not their fault that demand is so high they cant keep up during busy times. That being said, they are kids and could focus more on customer service but that comes with experience. Ive always had super friendly service at this particular store and will continue to happily come in.

Yesterday was the third time in the last few months that I ordered, came in twenty minutes later to pick up and they gave my specially ordered pizza to someone else. They never want to fix any problems they create. I have never seen an adult working as well. Its rude teenagers that work there and when the pizza is correct its sub par. I will never buy from this establishment ever again. Good luck on reaching a manager,; hes never there. Oh yeah I though Hot & Ready meant its ready. That usually takes 20 minutes to make as well during non peak hours.

While sitting waiting patiently for my order that Ive already been waiting for for ten minutes the two female employees decided to argue about how busy they are and how terrible their store manager is because he left his shift early and didnt do dishes blah blah blah. Like seriously lets be a little more professional and talk about these things when you dont have customers in the store or not at all! Very rude. Calm yourself woman!

I placed an order for three things, a stuffed crust pepperoni, a stuffed crust pepperoni, mushroom and olive, and a deep dish Hawaiian, and got a deep dish olive and mushroom she even read the orders back to me correctly but still got one wrong in two different ways? The Hawaiian didnt taste right but the stuffed crust pepperoni was pretty on point. Generally not pleased, probably wont be ordering here again.

Continually the worst experience. I go there only for "hot and ready". Always horrible customer service. Always horrible pizza. Literally every time I go its because I want fast. Always leave upset. Ive even left a very vocal compliant and never heard back. No hand washing. Didnt know touching cash then food was okay? This is a horrible location. Never returning!!!

Hot and ready!? Not unless you call in and wait 30 mins to come in to pick it up. Ive been here now 40 mins waiting on a pepperoni pizza thats supposed to be ready as soon as i pay. Wont be coming back here, Id rather order a pizza and wait for it to be delivered then stand all lunch waiting to take it home to eat.

This was the 3rd strike. The times Ive stopped in, between 5pm and 7pm for a hot and ready pizza. At none of these 3 times was a hot and ready pizza available. Its like Im going in during a time when its considered slow. Im going in during dinner, when you would expect a hot and ready pizza to actually be ready.

Terrible customer service, I called in and made an order, and he said 15 min, I got there and they said they never made it. After waiting another 15 min, seeing other people come and go, I asked again and they said they might have given it away. So I waited another 15 min and finally got my pizza.

Price versus quality, its a clear win. No, they dont have the no-wait pizzas ready and yes, staff isnt what I would call professional. That said, the food is good (especially the breads sticks and sauce) and I consider it a good deal.

Good price:quantity:quality ratios. Not the best pizza in town, but they almost always have a bread stick, cheese pizza, and a pepperoni pizza ready to go when you get there.

I thought little Caesars sold 5 dollar pizzas? Not 6 dollar pizzas...pizza was good but I could of gotten a subway foot long for the same price and it would have tasted better

Never had a bad experience. Sometimes the wait is longer than Id like but thats bwcausw people love the food. I call in my order. Best stuffed crust!
