We have been members of the Wapato Cellars Wine Club for many years and enjoy going there to drink the wine and dine with friends. We went there last evening with guests from California and we were embarrassed by the wine tasting service. We did not realize the rules changed two weeks ago so spoke to our server about picking up our club allotment to have with our dinners. She said we would need to go into the bar to get it (previously the severs always volunteered to bring it to the table). So my friend and I went in to the tasting room to get it and I asked what wines were chosen for us. We asked for a small taste of Black Label since it was new to me and we had two bottles of this wine in our pick up. I was informed in a not so friendly way that tasting ended at 5pm and she would not want to "break the rules". I said "how will I know if it is what I want"? after a little discussion she begrudgingly said ok she would let us have a taste. We are clearly evaluating our membership since this was all very awkward and embarrassing.

Fantastic Restaurant and Winery with reasonable prices owned and operated by an extended family that genuinely cares about the experience their customers enjoy. Wendy and I have been wine club members for years and always include a visit to the Winemakers Grill when we vacation in Chelan. Weve never been disappointed! WPCs quarterly wine club appreciation events are innovative, festive and fun...worth making a special 200 mile trek to Chelan!

Come before 5pm and enjoy an amazing wine tasting. Then sit on the lovely patio and enjoy some delicious items from their "fresh menu" that changes every day. Erin, our server was professional, friendly, and thoughtful. The pre-dinner bread is a delicious way to begin the meal. We are so glad we came here!

Just had a horrible experience at this restaurant. We come here every year while we are on vacation and could not believe the horrible experience we had. Waited nearly 2 hours to be seated and then had terrible service and served cold food. So disappointed and will never come back.
