Very slow service. The staff are polite, but every time I come here it takes them forever to process my order! First, I have to wait several minutes just for someone to come out from the back and take my order, then they disappear again halfway through making my sandwich pretty much every time. Where do they go? Narnia? Are they taking sandwich advice from Mr. Tumnus? I have no idea, but it shouldnt take 20 minutes to make a sandwich when there are no other customers in the restaurant.

THIS IS A GREAT STORE. Staff is friendly and fast. The manager is always smiling and happy. I come in at least twice a week and have never had any problems most of the staff remembers my order which makes it easy when they are busy. Definitely one of the best in town.

I rate this anywhere from 2 to 4 stars. I stop at Subway to pick up sandwiches on weeknights and it is a toss up on what kind of customer service you get. I will go to the other Subway if the service is too slow here.
