My husband and I were excited to try something new and had heard good things about this place. They no longer serve the fresh noodles highlighted in Seattle Met magazine, which was a disappointment, but we are always open to food adventures so we ordered the 3 combination biang biang noodles, Chinese pancake, beef noodle soup and Chinese pork sandwich. The pork sandwich had a good flavor but was greasy and looked little more than an English muffin with shredded pork inside. The 3 sauces on the biang biang noodles were interesting and unique. All 3 were tasty but the large noodles did not soak up the sauce and the noodles just stuck together though we tried our best to stir it up as the waitress instructed. In the end, the fancy wide noodles were nothing more than a bunch of noodles stuck together. Disappointing. The noodles in the beef noodle soup seemed overcooked and very similar to fettuccine noodles. The broth was spicy but bland like dishwater and the beef was an uninviting pasty brown straight out of the freezer slice. This was just gross. The Chinese pancake was the best item. It was thin and light with subtle flavor. I just wish there had been something else delicious to eat it with. I had high hopes for this place especially since it is relatively nearby but we wont go back. Wonton Noodle House next door is far more worth it.

Easy 5 stars. The store front is unremarkable and will fool you into thinking this is just some hole-in-the-wall. The first thing you will notice walking in the door is the wonderful smell to torture you while youre agonizing over which item to order. VERY clean and pretty fast service, too. Everything was very good. They obviously take pride in their work. I just picked this at random as a meeting place with a friend and got lucky. As it happened my friend and I happened to be the only white guys there, which was a good sign when looking for an authentic restaurant.

Unsatisfied and disappointed with my first time experience. My dad and I came here to give it a try because it was voted "Best asian restaurant in seattle". That has to be a joke. First of all, i never got my water that I asked for and second of all, our food was very bland. My soup basically had no salt in it, it was like water, my dads noodles were very thick and the sauce was also tasteless. If youre going to claim that your restaurant is best in seattle, do a better job.

The seared chili oil biang biang noodles are the thing I crave most, with hand pulled and seared noodles and bok choy. Theyre not overly spicy, so I usually add some chili paste. The cold rice noodles are served with torn flatbread pieces, cucumber, and the most addictive sauce--which I pour onto everything, and in which I dip the sesame oil broccoli.

Not your typical Chinese restaurant, this is food from northwestern China and so it has more influences from the other nations along the silk road. Highlights are the lamb skewers, pork and black bean biang, and spicy tingly beef tendon. The only difficulty was with communicating with the staff about what dishes we wanted to order.

The owners and staff are very friendly, helpful, and polite, but the food is delicious warm family comfort food! My favorites are the Tomato and Egg Noodles bowl, and the Cumin Beef Noodle bowl. Its also a great place to hear Mandarin if you are learning Chinese!

So good!!!! First, lets cover what is served here, this is a noodle place. NW China noodles so these are fat/wide noodles with a variety of spicy toppings. Quick service, good prices and amazing food.

Awesome regional Chinese food. Dishes are very homey and comforting. A bit of a trek from downtown, and slightly more pricey that other nearby restaurants, but entirely worth it.

I love the hot oil seared biang biang noodle dish. Pro tip: add the stewed pork to your noodle dish. You wont regret it. If youre still hungry get a spicy cumin beef sandwich.

Today was a bit of a shock. Found the waitress and her boyfriend kissing in the corner while my wife and I were waiting for our food. Food still Delicious though.

The chicken pot serving of 3-4 people was awesome! This thing is Humongous ! Taste similar or better to Korean chinken soup(닭도리탕) but much less price !

When you couldnt decide which sauce to get, just do the 3 in 1, they mesh well together. I ordered pot stickers as side dish, but they were just ok.

Thin sauce under cooked noodles, menu descriptions off, heatsink for evening sun. Service lacking, kitchen looked Clean, so that was good.

Authentic northwest Chinese food, make sure to order: Liang Pi, Rou Jia Mo and Yo Po La Zi Mian. Other dishes are okay but not amazing.

Much over priced. Ordered the lamb soup. The soup tasted Ok, but there is little stuff inside. The environment is not good either.

I am picky with food, so I say this is just a fair place. They have some good ones to try such as 凉皮 and 孜然炒肉夹馍.
