Went for dinner last night with great expectations. Dinner was good but the floor manger needs to be fired immediately. This guy is ruining a potentially great location. Hes completely out of touch with the restaurant businesses. We watched the poor waiter running his ass off with ten full tables while the floor manger was busy doing zip! That guy should be fired today! We had to ask to pay our bill, while the manger just learned against the wall watching this poor waiter run his as a off. FIRE THE FLOOR MANAGER!

I work here, and i was a culinary student years back, and over the years ive worked at some really shady kitchens. Head Chef Arturo at Tonys of North Beach has been there since Day 1, his staff acts as a family whole, and i have never been more proud to work in any other kitchen in my life. Waited an hour and twenty minutes for food in a half empty restaurant. Even had to send Long Island Iced Teas backs because they were awful- nothing like when Jacquie was tending bar! Burger so overcooked, literally inedible, calzone delivered to the table instead of a stromboli, the waitress became VERY rude when we complained, mgr no better. Will come back tomorrow to complain to the regular mgr. Really terrible experience.

Finally went to Tonys. Food tasted very good. Unfortunately service was less than what I expected. Waiter kept disappearing tried bringing us appetizer after salad with main course. With our main courses on table we had to ask them to not bother bringing appetizer. No real apology given. They were nice enough to pull appetizer off bill. Might try again maybe it was just a bad night

Were in town for training, staying at a nearby hotel. First, the listing said they deliver which they dont. Second, finding parking at the casino took longer than the drive over. Third, it reeks of cigarette smoke because of the casino so if youre from out of the area, prepare yourself. Lastly, they got my order wrong. Three stars because the pizza I received was good.

We sat at our table forever. Then when we received our pizza it tasted like nothing but dough and was super gushy. They apologized and refixed it. The second pizza was worse and I just ate my salad instead. The service was slow and the waitress was annoyed andvisibly rolled her eyes. Never again!!!

The food is great but the service is disgusting. Who ever manages that place should get fired. Ive been there 10 times and the place had just a few people and it takes 20 to get a menu. No management skills. Its ran by A 5 year old

Service was great however didnt make up for the food. Ordered the burger medium rare and came out well done. Would have sent it back but already waited over an hour getting it. Might come back but avoid the burgers next time.

I try and eat here every Friday. I love orderding pizza and beer. This place is great for a romantic dinner for two or for a celebration. You have to try the pasta! Soooo delicious!!

Not very happy. We went there for my birthday. We had the truffle pizza. It was super bland. Not the best service and they were out of 3 things we ordered. One being Iced tea???

Everyone working there that I encountered were very pleasant but my noodles wernt cooked all the way. Hope this doesnt happen the next time. Other than that it was perfect

The food was OK but bland. The calabrese was just kinda hot. Not flavorfull. Service was good. The server was attentive while still leaving us alone.

Good food. While they are known for their pizza, dont overlook the theor pasta. Handmade and very good. Sunday night deals are great for familys too.

Quatro pizza is the best pizza ever. Try the lasagne, the burger with the fig jam, everything is soooo good.
