We went here a few months ago, the tables are nice and the place is clean. They run some good specials during the day and on weekdays too. During peak time its a little expensive (I think it was $7 per person, an hour), but thats pretty normal for around here. They have a separated smoking room, however it still has some lingering smoke from "back in the day". Overall, we plan to go here again. I liked it a lot more than other places weve tried in the area.

I didnt find the place to be that dodgy....Ive certainly played in much worse neighborhoods. The Diamond tables were welll kept, and the food was both decent and reasonably priced. I had a great time and will certainly go back. To sweeten the deal, Brandon Shuff and Mike Davis can often be found there! Not bad for a supposed dive! And you cant beat the all-day special... $6 to play all day til 7 p.m.

This place is very discriminatory the barmaid didnt want to serve us and we where legal age. we all had ids. its 8 dollars PER person for pool.which is overprice. The barmaid was very rude and lazy. They racially profile clients and they decide if they want to serve you or not. They dont like outoftown north americans. I had a terrible experience and i dont recommend to go there.

I encourage anyone who plays pool (...or darts...or wants to hang out) to check this place out. They recently renovated and it looks amazing! Diamond pool tables, separate smoking room, beautiful decor, friendly staff, and an awesome owner! They even have a DJ on the weekends! I still cant believe how crowded it was last night! It was a good time!

I COMPLETELY agree w/ a prior post "if you wanna get shot go to First Break". Its in a terrible neighborhood (dont go at night). I will never go back their. The service was horrible, the food sucks, drink prices are alright. Ive heard they serve underage people their so im sure it wont be long before it gets shut down AGAIN

My son comes home 4 times a year and we ALWAYS shoot pool here! Food is great, service is great and so are the specials (keep an eye out!). He gave me a groupon coupon for First Break last Christmas and it was one of my favorite gifts of all time! Quality time! Enjoy them, its worth it!!

Good coffee. Almost the same selection as Starbucks but they have coffee you can buy from all around the world. Dark roasted Italian coffee is a must if you like strong coffee.

If you shoot pool, play darts or Golden Tee Golf game (weekly tourneys), this is a great place. Super nice staff and a fun atmosphere. Good age range - college to older.
