I have ordered from this place many times and never had an issue not until up to a couple of months ago. I always order the same thing which is General Tsos Chicken spicy and fried HARD(crispy). The first time they delivered it soft and quite slimy so I had to drive to the place so they could correct my order. No apology or nothing. I then decided to give them another chance and it happens again. When I called back to let them know that I would be bringing the food back to them for a FULL REFUND she told me that the driver would come back and get the food and that she would cancel my order. I asked the driver several times what proof that I could get to make sure Im not charged. He simply shrugged his shoulders. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The service is terrible and they do not care about your business. I called to order the lunch special for delivery. According to there menu the hours were 11-3:00p.m Mon-Sat. It was 2:30 p.m. when I called to order. I talked to someone who said his name was Chucky and stated I could not order the lunch special even though it was clearly before the cut off time. I had ordered hundreds of dollars in business with them in the past. He stated he did not care about my business and said sarcastically blah! Blah! Blah! when I told him they were not the only chinese restaurant in Richmond. I stated I was taking my business elsewhere he said he did not care. I would suggest taking your business to a Restaurant that cares about your business.

We actually where in that shopping center for another reason, and were starving. We saw a person eating from a take -out which we erroneously assumed was that Chinese restaurant (the 2 stores where besides each other). To start with, I honestly dont care for the decor as long as it is clean. It was clean. But I asked if she could throw something away as I did not see a trash can and she said she couldnt (it was my daughters lollipop!). The food was out quickly, it wasnt bad but it wasnt good either. We had some spoonfuls but then we threw it all away. I recommend going elsewhere even if you are starving.

Thought this place had good Chinese food until I actually had good Chinese food. Delivery takes a while. If youre within walking distance, and you have a huge hankering for Chinese this will work but if you can wait, Id suggest going somewhere else

We love this place we have never had a problem, the food is good and always ready fast. Plus its a large amount of food for a good price and close to home.
