We love Panera and go in every now and then. We love their salads, one in particular (the southwest chile lime ranch salad). The time we had gotten it before was a wonderful experience; in store. We always have a good experience when we go in. But, every time we have gotten a salad through the drive through we have not had the whole salad. We have maybe gotten only half of the salad components each time. Pretty much only the greens and the chicken with the dressing. When you go through the drive through it is hard to tell thoroughly if you have gotten every thing in a stinking salad until you sit down and start getting ready to eat. Tonight, it was late, yes, but the other times it has not been. We spent nearly $30 on salads that were definitely NOT worth the full price. With what we were given we should have paid half price, at best. The food is still great, but just make sure you have time to go in and sit down. That way you know you will get things done or fixed when you have problems, which you most likely will. Customer Service at this specific location is not good.

Drive through took awhile, I was told that three meals were too much to order in the drive through and next time to come inside. Really? There was no one in line behind Me, and three you pick twos shouldnt be too much to handle. I asked for two apples and a bag of chips, receipt showing correct, and received three apples and had to go inside to get the chips. The cashier was Pleasant about correcting the problem. Got home and soup was sideways in the bag and spilled over everything, it was not packaged well. I kept the bag upright the 5 minute drive home. Food was good, the order being incorrect and the comment made this a bad visit for me. Will try again and will update my experience.

Since certain managers left, customer service has gone down the tubes. Called this morning to ask if they had blueberry bagels left being that they tend to sell out quickly. The guy has me on hold over 2 minutes just to check on bagels. Had to hang up because of another call I had. Called back and got a fax machine buzzing in my ear, hung up. Called a third time and finally got service and they put my bagels on hold. When I got there the girl says oh youre the one who called three times...Ha! Typical Panera employees, no accountability, blame the customer.

The food is great of course but the service can be better. The girls at the register talk to you like they HATE their jobs, the chunky girl with the green eyes was SO rude to me and I try and be nice to people at jobs like this because i understand that its rough but when someone is being nice to you there is no need to be rude. Other than that bc horrible customer service ruins my mood the guys in the back making your food are fast and hard at work!

Panera Bread is consistant. Easier to eat well there than many other fast food establishments. Gluten free meals can be pulled off there with their salads and soups, which are pretty decent. I appreciate the use of plates and utincils (washed/reused) rather than a ton of packaging waste. If you need a food allergin chart, just ask. My favorite there is the barbecue chicken salad, although its a little sweet.

It says online that they are open till 10. Well I wasted my gas going there to find out that they were closed even though online it says open till 10. When I drive by people are hiding from the window. This place obviously doesnt care about customer service at all.

They need to get their on line menu fixed. How can the best out of turkey and most everything else? When I go there i have to then go in. My order is great just 10 minutes later. You are losing business. Maybe they are turning it off at store level
