Disappointed... I have ordered from there off and on for the last 2 years and can tell the change in quality of the food and employees over the last few months. Not sure what happened but we will not be ordering from them again and Id advise anyone else to do the same. Recently payed for delivery, sat down to eat with my family and noticed the pizza looked like it had been dropped or thrown. Cheese and toppings were everywhere else besides on top of the pizza. Took the pizza back up to the store and didnt get a "sorry" or any attempt to make it right, besides being told they would make me a new one. Took the pizza back home and started eating only to find some hair on my sons slice. Until someone gets this place running properly and professionally Id strongly suggest getting your pizza from somewhere else.

Ordered a pizza at 5 pm on a Wednesday. Was told 45 minutes to an hour. No big deal. Over 2 hours later I start calling, wondering where my pizza is. Im told its on the way and can expect it in 15 minutes (I live two miles from the store). 30-45 minutes later I call back and they immediately put me on hold. When I ask to speak to a manger Im told "no". I then ask for the name of who I am speaking to and Im told "no, thats irrelevant". That person then puts the phone down for around 7 minutes (not on hold, just set it down), and then picks it back up to inform me that the driver came to my house but nobody answered. Thats DID NOT happen. Terrible establishment, customer service and terrible employees. Never again will they get my business or the business of anybody I know.

I use to go there quite a lot before it got bought out by a new owner.I have been a good customer for over 5 years using them for school parties and at home and for chicken wings for the games.When i called the other day the new owner would not match competitors coupons or do a deal on 6 pizzas or more for a kids school party.I dont know whats has changed but it does taste different.Who knows maybe it will be bought out again by a friendlier owner that wants business from the community.I dont like to take my business to the big chains. However the men in my home say the chicken wings have stayed the same.

Nothing special about the food. Its better than the big names, but I cant call it great pizza. But theyre prompt. Just be careful to fill in your tip amount -- they once filled in their own very generous tip on my account because I left it blank. My fault, wont happen again.

Ordered for delivery and was shocked when my doorbell rang and pizza was here - fast. Ex-Large was huge and at a good price. Driver was very friendly and respectful. I will be ordering from there again as I work from home and it saves me time from cooking and getting out.

have ordered there for years, but in the last few months the quality and service have considerably dropped off. cold pizza after a 2 hour wait. but what really upsets me is that their management over there doesnt seem to care or do anything to rectify the matter

Used to be a great place to order pizza. In the past year they have gone straight downhill. Pizzas are overcooked and rubbery. I used to recommend Mr. Jims to everyone. I cannot honestly recommend it any longer, and they lost our abundance of business.

Every time Ive been here the employees were nice and helpful. My last visit prompted me to make a review. They took my order 15 minutes before closing and the food was nice and fresh. They had a good attitude and help me decide exactly what I wanted.

Pizza has been pretty darn good here, but not so much today. Squishy greasiness that makes you feel gross after the first slice, not ideal. I mean Im going to finish it because I dont waste pizza, but sure makes it tough to pig out properly.

I couldnt chew thru it. It was a sloppy greasy mess, meat lovers extra large, all the meat was in the center. It was not cut well. I strictly recommend avoiding this place.
