WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! !! We walked in and it felt like it was 90 degrees inside! No AC? The back door was wide open and they had a fan blowing..that was the only air circulation. The restaurant was filthy, floors were sticky and there were flies everywhere. There were only two male workers at the time and after we ordered one of them came out of the mens restroom and used the hand sanitizer on the wall in the dining room. the worst part is he barely even rubbed his hands together before walking to the kitchen to make peoples food. He ended up using the bathroom 2 more times before we left. SCARY! They have a cool soda machine with several different choices except they were out of virtually everything. Our order was short two tacos and when my husband went up to get them the cashier/drive through guy was rude. He didnt say sorry...he didnt say anything, he just turned around stuck two tacos in a to go bag, dropped it on the counter and walked away. My burger had literally one pickle slice and the tomato was the top end where the stem would be (not even edible). The fries were hard and tasted old. I will NEVER EVER go back and I plan on telling anyone and everyone who will listen of my horrific experience! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

My 2 year old son and I went to eat there yesterday for lunch and my son ended up getting food poisoning from their chicken nuggets and French fries. When I called to alert them of what they were responsible for I was told there was no manager to speak to on the matter and I talked to a "shift leader". Once I explained why I was calling she didnt believe me and told me that there was no way that their food caused my young son to have food poisoning even though that was all we had eaten that day. She continued to tell me that their are signs that say to wash their hands ever so often and that I was basically a liar. If my son wasnt throwing up all night I would of gone up there and told her what was up. I do not appreciate being treated like I was making this up and she had absolutely no compassion at all. I will never ever return to this location. Hopefully they learn how to deal with food without cross contamination and implement a cleaner restaurant. Hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else and it tore me up to watch my baby not be able to keep anything down because of their negligence.

This place is awfull!!!. First they were not friendly when we gave our order. Second they got the order wrong. Third we did not eat the food we ordered because we saw the server going back and forth touching the cash register, the counters, all other surfaces and then the food with her bare hands. We stated I hope you washed your hands before touching the food and the reply with a sarcastic, annoyed tone was "We wash our hands every 2 hours". This was from the manager of the place!!! As a consumer that is not acceptable. As a health care professional that is horrifying! Do Not Eat At This Place!!!!!!!!! God knows what organisms are crawling around on those surfaces and to not wash your hands or put on gloves before touching food is crazy. Then to get sarcastic about it when a customer points it out! I just dont know what to say!!!!

It was horrible... The little kid COREY was very disrespectful and rude. My burger was nothing like it was supposed to be. My tacos were so hard. My fries had a little bit of everything in them. He threw my change at me and said nothing as he closed the window in my face. Threw my food at me. Didnt even give me a change to ask for condiments as he once again slammed the window in my face. His whole attitude was nonchalant. Oh and not to mention as I was at the speaker placing my order he didnt even let me complete my order. Just cut me off and told me my price. So I told him about it and his reply was " ok so what else do YOU want then" .... Little boy little boy. Very pissed can not what to talk to the mananger and corporate in the morning. I am not pleased!!!#

The food is decent just like any Jack In The Box. The new electronic order taking machine is ridiculous. Who wants to sit there and place your order from a machine while a line is piling up behind you. When you try to get an employee to take your order instead they come off as annoyed. The bathroom is disgusting. I dont even bother going in there to wash my hands before eating. I just use my own hand sanitizer. The service is super slow. The drive thru often gets your order wrong even though they repeat it back right to you. We sometimes go through the drive thru because I would rather eat at instead then inside this restaurant. Just be sure and check your food before you leave the drive thru window.

Totally dissatisfied!! Bought 3 3-taco meals. Tacos lacked proper ingredients. Meat and cheese only. Taco shells were over cooked and the curly fries were as well. Had to have the store remake the meals. The health department should see the mens restroom...NO PAPER TOWELS, NO SOAP that I could see. How could the male employees wash/dry their hands? There was also toilet paper and urine on the floor. NO way would the health inspectors pass that restroom. I didnt see the womens restroom but if the mens restroom was filthy, the womans restroom could not have been clean. You lost me as a customer...hello Taco Bell.

Employees in drive through were friendly but it took longer than normal to get someone to come to the window to take my money. Waited even longer to get my food. Was frustrated enough that I didnt realize they never gave me my drink. Got home to find that my butter burger was so stale and hard it could have been made yesterday. There was no herby buttery sauce on it, and the other sauce they add had a tiny 1" line down the middle of the burger. And quite literally the burger was crunchy. I couldnt eat it but the dogs had a feast. Curly fries were perfect and tacos were greasy but still pretty good.

I really dont know why I try to go back. Everything I go it seems like it gets worse. Spicy chicken sandwich has a consistency similar to rubber. Asked for 2 orders of FRESH curly fries and received 1 order of curly fries and 1 order of regular fries. They were obviously fried in week old oil. They were burnt and soggy with oil. They didnt look anywhere near fresh. I swear they just give you what they want to and not what you order. With all of these complaints, I cant believe corporate does not shut them down. Dont waste your time.

I am a passionate burger lover who enjoys the delicacies of the modern day sandwich. With average standards I would like to advise that you lower them down to a minimal. Not only will they mess up the simplest of orders but they even managed to switch the breads on specific burgers. I would not say hate however. Relatively close to midnight or later this place transforms to either a ghost town restraunt or the land of inconvenience. Either way if there is anyway this place makes money its probably off the small burnt curly fries.
