two years going to this IHOP. The food is good the staff friendly. The front entrance is so nasty. the trash cans are over flowing with trash. Bees flying around the trash. the cement is stained from the fluid coming from the trash can. I spoke to the person at the counter and told him about the nasty entrance. H stated it was going to be wash that morning. a week later we returned. same trash, stains from leaking trash, Can this franchise owner not rent a pressure washer and wash it during the night. I going to report them to the health department tomorrow. I wish I could post a picture..

It wasnt crowded like all the other restaurants open on Thanksgiving. It was warm and welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. We were given the kids eat free discount even though we got there a little early and we really appreciated that. Our server was a nice guy with a good attitude, he does his job well. We ordered, took a bathroom break and by the time we were back at the table the food was there. Fast, quality service especially when today isnt the best day to have to go to work. We were quite impressed. Food was good but what we really enjoyed was the lovely time we had there.

I come in to get a carry-out every now and then and every time I have picked up my order, its always good. I like the breakfast sampler, though I wish it was a bit more affordable - 10 bucks a pop means I cant get it everyday.... Other than that its good! I ussually get friendly service. If someone is not friendly, I just chock it up as them prbably having a bad day and everyone gets those once in a while - and when it comes down to it we are all human....So all in all, I like this ihop. :D

Good was good, service was very slow and took for ever just 15 minutes just to take our order and another 30 to get out food. Next time I will drive to the Seguin IHOP, the service there is much faster and the food is great. But the only thing that I can say is that there was only one server working at this time, and this didnt help it being super slow .

Typical chain of IHOP. If you like their food, you will like this place. I do not care for the scrambled eggs which contain pancake batter. The tea is also not to my liking (at any of the IHOP locations.) I usually choose a salad when we eat there, regardless of time of day.

Specifically asked for bacon to be cooked crispy came out soggy and toast came late in the meal. Eggs and hash browns were good. Atmosphere was loud and several crying babies. Went on a Thursday morning to avoid caos but wasnt able to avoid in this establishment.

Awful service. Especially at night or during slow periods. Has been consistently bad for at least four years. No return visits from waitresses ever. Also their ice cream for $1.60 is about the same size as the butter you get for your pancakes. No exaggeration.

Horrible service , never got my water refilled the entire hour and a half I was there and my food had to be sent back twice before I decided I didnt want it. Neither time did I get an Im sorry or please let me fix it. The only response I received was an ok.

Sat for 10 minutes and didnt even see a server. No one asked me if I needed water or coffee. We left and ate at Olive Garden. Horrible service. Loud staff. If a manager reads this...you have a serious problem In your resteraunt. You may be the problem!

The food took FOREVER, had completely cooled off by the time it got to the table, and was not prepared with the advertised ingredients. (Like they substituted the turkey and bread for fajita meat and toast.) The waiting staff was very short with us.

Worst service you can possibly imagine, food came out doughy and cold after we had already been waiting for 40 minutes. Waited to get sat forever and everyone got sat before us. Just a horrid place to go eat at because all it is is disappointment.

Service was very slow. Dont trust the "kids eat free". We have 3 children. Purchased 2 adult entrees and had to pay for the 3rd childs plate and all 3 milks at 2.09 each. If you want to blow 50.00 on breakfast food this is your place.

Came here this morning there wasnt any wait time to be seated less then 2 min our waiter came and asked for our drinks our food was out fast and our waiter sharron made sure everything came out right and refilled our drinks

Found a hair in the omelet. They remade it but when asking for them to comp it, the waitresses attitude changed from friendly to annoyed. They were also very busy and it appeared that they were understaffed.

Excellent service, just 4 delightful omelettes! Im so happy couse I just went there and I saw how staff cares about our wellbeing. I give them 10 stars if I could. Keep doing the same. I will be back soon.

Food was okay, service super slow. Sat 10 minutes or more before we even got drinks. Waiter came back twice to ask what our order was. The wait staff was trying, but their management must be incompetent.

I know that IHOP is famous for breakfast, but I hate to wait in line for over 30 minutes, which is usually how much you will wait on the weekends. Food and service is very good when it isnt crowded

This is a regular stop in the middle of the night going between San Antonio and Austin. It is right off the freeway and the service was friendly. Got my meal togo and it was quick.

This IHOP is always clean but can get insanely busy during normal breakfast times. However, if you come here very late at night you may be the only customers!

The waiters are wonderful. One of the waiters recognizes my boyfriend and I whenever we go during her shift. Shell get our drinks ready before we even ask.
