My experience with this shop went well from the beginning, until we cut into the cake. When I went to the shop to order my daughters 10th birthday cake, everything was squared away. It was a two tier cake with chocolate cake on top with chocolate filling and vanilla cake on bottom with strawberry filling. When the cake was picked up, it looked so cute on the outside. After we sang happy birthday, we cut into the top tier, and to my surprise, I see strawberry filling in the chocolate cake. As we hand out slices to our guests, I noticed the bottom cake had chocolate filling. Clearly my daughters cake was made wrong. I took pictures of the cake and order form and sent it to the shop owner through FB Messenger the very next day. This is how we first communicated. I learned the shop is closed Sunday and Monday. Still no word yet, so I called the shop today. I informed her my cake was wrong and she apologized and offered me something from the shop for next time. I asked her for a partial refund because the cake I received and paid for is not what I ordered. She said no. She does not do refunds since we had the cake and ate it. So what was I supposed to do, not serve cake at the birthday party to all 30+ guests? Save the entire cake and bring it back to the shop? Im very disappointed that I didnt get what I paid for. Clearly it was the shops mistake and some of my money returned to me wouldve made it right. For anyone considering this shop, make sure you cut into your cake before you leave her shop to ensure its right.

Nothing like what i wanted from the frosting color to the decoration,Im very disappointed. Cake were made from boxed cake mix and the chocolate mouse is nothing but Betty crocker frosting.I could of made the cup cakes my self from scratch and it would had came out way better.piping looked like my 12 year old would do a better job I will never go to this place again. If you want your child cup cakes made from box cake mix than go ahead but if u like me wantin something different from the store bought than avoid this place (infinity cakes&more) and stick with the store.

The cake design was very similar to the design I sent in and I was satisfied with the taste of the cake, however the strawberry filling I asked for was not there, it was pineapple and I hate pineapple filling...if they didnt remember what filling I asked for it could have been found in the text messages where they asked me what type of filling I wanted. Very disappointed because I would have liked to use this company again in the future.

Love love this place my sons cake was made to perfection, the flavors were amazing as she suggested, will be ordering from here from now on!! I totally recommend this place and prices are very reasonable compared to other places i went that were trying to charge from double to triple the amount she charged me!! I ordered my daughters Doc Mcstuffins birthday cake from here, the owner was so nice and gave me a very competitive price. I came back the day of and was a little nervous since it was my first time ordering from there, but it was beautiful!! Everyone gave compliments Thanks

Delicious cakes!! I had two separate NFL footballs made and they were a hit. The cakes inside where made with two different colors on each football! I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a spectacular and delicious cakes! They are also reasonably priced.

Use to order from exclusive cakes on bandera but they kept screwing up our orders...tried infinity cakes was very pleased cake was outstanding looking and tasted great ..never going anywhere else to get my cakes thank u infinity cakes for being awesome
