I am drawn to places based on atmosphere, service and deliciousness. New Braunfels Coffee really does cover all of these bases. I am initially drawn to this location because of its location. I adore downtown New Braunfels, first of all. The coffeeshop itself is just adorable too. I love the look. Lots of windows and airiness to just relax. The food is just delicious too. From the tomato basil soup to the chicken salad sandwich to the breakfast soufflé to the greek salad.. Did I mention fresh baked cranberry, macadamia nut, white chocolate cookies? The service really is good too. And the coffee is AMAZING. Then there is the service.. The owners and staff are really friendly and helpful. They have lots of cool events there as well. This past Saturday, they had an artist singing acoustic covers. It was fun and relaxing.. I really have nothing bad to say about this place :) All thumbs up!

This place is a joke. I asked for sweet tea, it was soured in a dirty looking tupperware container so I asked to get a canned soda instead. The 12oz canned soda was $1.85+tax. My wife ordered lemonade and I kid you not the lady turned around and got a jug of HEB brand "Lemonade with Honey" and poured her a glass. Thats right the same jug of lemonade that HEB often gives out for free with their combo loco specials. Anyway we hoped for something better with the food. We were left disappointed. My wife and I both ordered a $8 omelette that was made with 2 eggs maybe. It was bland. We were overall disappointed here. The only thing nice about this place is the location.

They had a small selection for lunch. They said they only had Swiss or Muenster cheese. My fiance asked for Swiss and mustard on the side, hers was brought with Muenster and mustard on the sandwich. I asked for Swiss and Bacon on my sandwich and was brought Muenster and no bacon. They only had one kind of chips. My fiance got their earlier than I did and ordered earlier and they still got both sandwiches wrong on two different orders. We paid, collectively, $20+ for two small sandwiches and 2 two 12oz sodas AND the orders were completely wrong. Go to Crosswalk Coffee next door.

Cute little coffee house with decent prices. We had the adult grilled cheese. It was good, but came out way to hot and we had to let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes before we could eat it. It was so hot, it burned my fingers when I picked it up. Also, there were only four spinach leaves on the sandwich so that was really disappointing. We also had kolaches and they were pretty good. Overall, try it. Its quaint, charming and local. Good place before afternoon toobin.

Great food. Generous Owners. I walked into this coffee shop today with 3 dollars in change and a huge appetite. I left my wallet at home and scrounged some change together from my car. She actually made me one of their $8 lunches and told me that it was on the house. I felt so much gratitude for this kind gesture and I am now going to be a permanent customer. I highly recommend! The sandwich was delicious as well.

Really nice baristas. I mean, they were super accommodating, cool under pressure and just plain nice even though it was pretty busy. Relaxed cafe vibe but not snooty or anything. I enjoyed my iced coffee and the refill was free. Great little quiche / soufflé thing too! There were also several other nice patrons in here we chatted with. One of the great aspects of New Braunfels.

I stopped in after a "hard" day in the heat. The iced late was to die for. The waitress, Katelyn was pleasant, attentive, and efficient. Made an out of town visitor feel welcome and important. On a subsequent visit, while Katelyn wasnt there, those who were followed suit. It is the must visit coffee house in New Braunfels. They have made a regular out of me. See you there!

Iced chai was ok and my cinnamon bun was good. My biggest complaint is the seriously low level wifi! I was there for 3 hours bc I started to upload a video. If I hadnt bought food, I would have gone somewhere else. Its not that distinctive, just a cool name and location.

I come here often because they have really good Italian coffee. They also have a variety of fresh baked pastries, cakes, and pies. The croissants are delicious. They have good soup and sandwiches also. The staff is very friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere.

Prices were good and the coffee was alright. Not impressed with the breakfast tacos as when I received the side cup of salsa it looked like it had been used already. However, the employees were nice enough and helpful! Very conveniently located.

Their coffee is surprisingly very good! Usually non-franchise coffee shops serve cheap coffee that has a nutty aftertaste, but not New Braunfels Coffee! And they have wifi! Their Belgian waffles are mmmmm! Sometimes they have live music too.

Classic German-Texas charm. Quintessential New Braunfels. Open late, which is rare in a small town and right on the main plaza. The coffee is good and strong with lots of delicious pastries to enjoy in a relaxing & spacious room.

Coffee is good along with chocolate chip cookies. Staff is nice and service is fast. Good place to relax and enjoy the view of the downtown square in New Braunfels. Just wished it would stay open longer in the evenings.

I realize they are the only game in town for the city center, but if they are going to charge 2.50 for brewed coffee, they need to step up their quality. Tasted burnt, and was low quality coffee to begin with.

The lattes are the best in town! And the owners June and Roger are always pleasant. Their fresh ground coffee is very good and the price is good also!

Coffee was great, as was the service. But $9 for a tiny waffle was ridiculous. The waffle was good but, way too small for the price.

The breakfast sandwiches made here are absolutely fantastic, with some of the friendliest staff I have seen in NB for a good while.

Cozy coffee shop smack dab in the middle of old town New Braunfels, you can relax and enjoy your cup of joy while looking outside

Pretty tough for this place to be down the street from 2 Tarts. Sony really get a feel for "quality," or passion.

The staff was nice. The sandwiches are priced a little high for what you get (nothing special). All in all, meh.

My shake was great, but the rest of the family did not care for the smoothies. Good atmosphere and service.

I got a decent red eye but I tasted the chai tea late and it was horrible, worse than Starbucks chai.
