Ive visited this place on several occasions. I shouldve left the visit at one visit. The food was dry and over cooked both times I visited. The chicken was drenched in seasoned salt. The customer service was ALRIGHT. If as much attention was given to the customers as people standing outside of the store their customer service would be on point. Wont be returning.

The food is delicious,but every time Ive been there is get cheated out of my. I order 2 breasts and a drumstick and they seem to forget the drumstick. I get home and realize they cheated me. I dont go to this one anymore I go to the 1 down West Pleasant run great service and I can always count on them to get my order right.

Went there at 11:07 and they must have waited until 11 to start cooking the food. Dumb. If you open at 11 you should be able to start serving food at that time.

The employees are so nice. There is a little wait sometimes, but its worth it because the chicken is always freshly cooked and well seasoned.
