What a disaster! SO MANY THINGS WENT WRONG! First they did not have the same menu as online. They were Missing 9 of the 12 subs and did not have fried mushrooms anymore. They had run out of philly steak, but we were told the owner had just gone to purchase some, so we decided to wait. Five to ten mi utes later, our waitress came to let us know that they had steak now and could make our sandwhiches .. The fried pickles and jalapenos were good. They brought out wings that only had flat arms, no drumsticks. Keep in mind this is a $75.00 dinner. So our sandwiches came out, however they were Italian sausage, not Phillys. They actually thought we wouldnt know the difference! We were told the kids meals came without drinks, when it clearly mentioned on the menu they were included. (This was fixed). Due to all the issues we asked for the mgr. to share our thoughts on this experience. Our waitress came and stated they would be fixing the philly cheese steak and they would fix the wings and give us the 6 wings free. ( we ordered 18) She did not mention that the mgr wasnt coming at all. As we waited, about 15 minutes later the owner walked through the restaurant with the groceries, which had the philly cheesesteak. At that point I confronted our waitress to see if that was the owner, and about, if he had JUST returned with the philly steak. She admitted he was and had. Now Im guessing they just tried to play us when they stated they had the steak because there was No WAY they had it until he returned. So we were completely disappointed that we would be treated like idiots. Once the phillys were out they skimped on ALL of the ingredients as one of the other reviews points out. If these sandwhiches were prepared right then I probably would have just let it be gracefully, but That was the last straw. We never heard from anyone in management and I will never go back! Unfortunately my company sells these restaurant coupons to its employees. Hopefully they will have a better experience. Yes, we could have left however we were trying to have a good family experience. Never again!!

My husband and I have given this place more than chances than we should have. Customer service is a complete joke to the owner - as-is the concept of getting food in a reasonable amount of time. The last two times we ordered food it took more than an hour to receive our food. The last time, my husbands wings beyond cold and had to be remade which took even more time. I was done with my dinner before he even started. It was not during rush time, it was slow in mid-afternoon. They were also out of nearly every draft beer they promoted. Three months later, we decided to give them another chance. MISTAKE! At what will ultimately be our last visit: the waitress was nice and pleasant and told us the beer specials $3 pint, $4.50 to which we said great, we will take it. Three beers and an hour later, we still dont have our food? She finally brings out a basket of fries which was supposed to be served with our wings. An hour and twenty minutes later, I finally got 4 of the 6 wing basket I ordered? Seriously? Then we got our bill and we were charged twice as much for the "beer specials"! When we pointed it out, the waitress called the owner to our table. He completely threw her under the bus for "being" new. Blamed her for not knowing the specials. To which we replied: how is that our fault? When we further explained our dismay at how long our food took and the fact we only got 4 of 6 wings... he just made excuses about being busy. Well when we first arrived, there were only 8 people in the restaurant. Busy? His only consolation was to literally reach in his own pocket and pull out $5 crumpled dollars, throw it on the table and turn his back on us and walk off. Wow! On a side note we also noted what appeared to be an underaged kid repeatedly pouring himself a beer and returning to the kitchen... We wanted to like this place. We wanted to support a locally owned business. We tried but it is beyond clear the owner doesnt not care about keeping customers.

Only giving them 2 stars because of the decent food. We first came to this place because our friends like to hang out here. And because they have $0.55 wings on Sundays. The wings are good, but the service is terrible and just pathetic. There is one "new" girl that does a decent job, but the rest of them seem like they arent competent to work in a restaurant. One time we ordered fries and waited for over 30 minutes just so they could tell us they were out of fries and brought us some very nasty "hand cut potatoes." Our drinks were never refilled, we had to come up to the counter and ask someone for service. The girls run around with short shorts, makeup and hair down, preoccupied with their "regulars" at the bar. I watched them constantly pulling their hair back because its hot and theyre sweating but doesnt want to put it in pony tail because its just not cute.... Please, I dont want your nasty sweaty hair hands touching my plate. I would consider it more as a dirty bar than a restaurant. If I wanted to see all that I would have went to a titty bar, Hooters or Redneck..

When this place first started, their prices were amazing and their food was fantastic! The service was also fantastic. They then raised their prices comparable to other restaurants. We couldnt go there as much after that but we still went because the food was still amazing. Now the past few times Ive been I have been served burnt food, I have had to wait ridiculous times for my food because they put walk-in take out orders ahead of ours even though we had been waiting longer, they are constantly understaffed, and my fiance and I were also served soapy water. This all happened in one visit and we were so upset that we walked out. Not only is it restaurant prices now, but the food isnt even good. If you like them now, you should have tasted their food before. This business is being run into the ground and they lost a long-time customer. I will never go there again.

I have been to this place many times. The first couple times their food was great. Their staff was nice and very welcoming. Now, the last couple times I have been coming the servers are not caring. Every time I ordered food there was always something wrong with it. Either the wings were served raw, over cooked, or just dry. I have had their burgers and they were one of my favorites meals here. But recently, I was served raw, frozen patty. I didnt even know it was frozen meat until I asked my girlfriend and she confirmed as well. It honestly made my stomach feel upset. I loved coming here for beers but now its like they barely have any choices. Their staff now, well lets just say what staff. The girl server is not welcoming, she doesnt care of what happens, she doesnt listen, always on her phone. You guys really need a change.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to try this place yesterday for the first time since it was right down the street from my house but was greatly disappointed. I placed my order over the phone at 6:30 pm. When I walked in to pick up my order, the floor was so sticky I could barely pick up my feet. GROSS! Ever heard of a mop? And then was told that they didnt have enough bread to fill my order. It was just 2 foot long sandwiches and a kids burger. Seriously? Youre Atomic SUBS and Wings and you dont have enough bread during prime dinner time? Ridiculous. I wont be trying this place at all because the filth alone was enough to keep me away.
