My husband, myself and our two small children went here tonight for a nice family meal. We could tell it was packed and busy but we were in no rush. When we walked in the door we waited (understandably) awhile to be seated as they were busy. Once the hostess came to us (she came out from the kitchen doors) she walked us to a table in the center of the seating area. My husband and I asked very politely to be seated somewhere else. The hostess then looked to us and said, "Well where else would you like to be??" She had a very negative attitude and held her hands up gesturing to all the surrounding full or dirty tables. We told her anywhere else was okay and we can wait. She then rolled her eyes. Eventually we ended up at a booth. Her attitude really upset me becaus what she doesnt know is my husband just recently came home from the Navy. He serves this county with pride, however he does suffer from small side effects, he cannot sit with his back to open space. He will have a massive panick attack. This hostess poor attitude upset us all, I decided I would step away from my family and talk to the manager. I didnt want to get the hostess into any trouble but I did think that she needed to understand that we asked for a reason, and to not jump to judgements. The manager was pleasant enough and said she agreed and would speak to her about scensitivity. Our waitress was very good. She made everything else pleasant and enjoyable. The food came out and my plate was perfect and very well the best steak Ive ever eaten. My husband was enjoying his meal too. Then he made a choking sound and He stopped and pulled out a very long red hair from his brussel sprouts. We stated at the hair in shock. (I am blonde and he is brunette.) We called the waitress over and showed her. She apologized and said the manager would be right with us and she took the plate away. The manager never came. They brought him a new veggie side but his appitite was understandable ruined. I am just so saddened my this whole experience.

DO NOT EAT HERE! This was the worst restaurant in Tullahoma. Poor service - had to ask for the salad we ordered after the meal came. Steak was underdone - no big deal - they took it back to be cooked more - 15 minutes later the owner asked me how things were - I told her - It still took another five minute to bring me a cold but cooked steak. Owners do not know how to provide service - they should not be in this business. The worst Dennys far exceeds this place in every respect. If there were a Zero stars or negative stats - this place earned it. No sense of providing a good experience. Poor service by waitress, poor service by owner. No offer of discount, but no worries - They will never see me or, hopefully, anyone I speak to.

My good friend was treating me to dinner last night at the restaurant in tullahoma he had invited a friend to join us the friend ordered some kind of dip and chips in the process of sharing my friend noticed a 3 inch hair in the dip,along with that I ordered a 12 ounce ribeye medium rare it came out fully cooked ten minutes later the second steak came out and I had it to go because everyone was thru eating, is this anyway to run a chain restaurant my friend didnt want to say anything so I let it go the waitress apologize numerous times , I just think its a bad way to run business, Michael,.

Very Clean, organized and friendly. From the time you walk in the door until you leave you will experience top notch service, great food, clean bathrooms, awesome flavored drinks. The crew will get to know you before you leave and will treat you like family. The bar stays packed on the weekends but is the place to be on Friday and Saturday night in Tullahoma. I enjoy the Coastal Trio, and their garden bar is always fresh. The parking lot and decor is beautiful especially at the front door where the garden really is inviting and sets the tone for a great experience.

Oil in fryer was old. I really can't articulate how terrible the food was. Excellent service, though. Too bad. Complained on their website and they did send me a gift card. Once I can forget how disgusting the food was maybe I can try it again and I'll update this review. UPDATE: used gift card. Still terrible. This place strives for mediocrity and fails miserably. Nothing horrible, nothing good. Actually, decor and service great. But food all seemed premade tv dinner style. Sorry, I tried and wanted to enjoy but just no good.

my husband and i are diving cross country from the west coast and he was telling me how great ruby tuesdays was, well we get back to the hotel and he is now throwing up, so we get to spend our vacation in the bathroom because of this god awful resturaunt. I cannot explain with appropriate words how infuriated I am. this place should be shut down, I have worked in the food industry for years and this is a resturaunt I would consider beyond dirty, disgusting, and just over all terrible. I have nothing nice to say at all

No stars ! The employees are noseblind to garbage stench . Filthy floors. 1 ft of dust on chair rails . My wife got a dirty soup spoon and the waitress coughed on us . The manager is responsible for making sure the employees do their job including cleaning which seems to never be done. The Health Inspector apparently never comes here. I will be calling Corp . I dont want free food , and like the health Inspector I will never come back.

The food was good, the service was good. I wont go back again because you started charging for a salad bar that I used to get as a side and you no longer have the rolls that were part of why I used to enjoy coming to Ruby Tuesdays. Im sorry to see the corporate profits are more important than customers.

My waitress/barmaid Tabby was friendly and very accommodating. Ive never been to a Ruby Tuesdays before but Ill definitely be back! Had a few drinks and got my food to go but the service itself will bring me back. The hostess Dawn was so very plea sant thats I gotta say its a win/win!!!

Changed the salad bar and raised the price. Blue cheese dressing in runny. Only meatless option on menu is greasy cheese bread. Service was great, and if the cooks were given better quality goods, they could provide a better product. Downhill from the last visit.

My wife works here not even my waitress the night i ate here with my son...a conflict between her and another server got me barred from inside and i didnt do anything at all. Will be reporting the general manager to corporate

No service, waitress was no where to be found. Couldnt get refills on our drinks. Food was barely warm. Had to ask another waitress to get our check. Will not be back. Not the first time this has happened.

Ate here about a year ago good and service were acceptable. Friend in town this past weekend and went back to try then out. Service was on point and good was wonderful.
