Absolutely terrible customer service. You walk in, no one says anything to you. The girl who took my order was pleasant. They loaded my sandwich with dripping wet lettuce, which made it soggy. They smashed it down into some nasty mush. The girl who took payment from me dresses like a slob, her hair was everywhere. She answered the phone that rang, which Im assuming is the business line.... and proceeded to make arrangements about an oil change with whomever it was on the other line. Conducting personal business on company time and property. She was so wrapped up in her conversation, she forgot my receipt and drink cup. Which I motioned to her, that I was grabbing myself. She never got off the phone, through our entire exchange and never once said thank you or anything. Almost acted as though my business inconvenienced her phone call. This was a horrible experience and I will absolutely never be back, if this is how your business is conducted. Regardless of the fact that this is a sandwich joint. Coming from someone who works in the customer service industry, this was a complete disappointment.

I called this location, yesterday afternoon, on the way home from Oakland. I wanted to place an order to pick up, I did not want to do online ordering from the car, so we called more than 1 time. The 2nd time we called, the call was placed on hold for 20 minutes. When I walked in the store, which I was still on hold, I had to ask if they were ever going to pick up the phone to take my carry out order. There were 3 people in the front, all looked dumbfounded. There were 4 people sitting down waiting for food, no one in line. I was given the excuse that they were busy. I looked around and said Oh I see, these 4 people sitting have kept you and your staff busy. Then it was they are short handed. All of the excuses in the world will keep me from going to this location ever again. I took pictures of the time I was on hold waiting for someone to take my order. Do not get me wrong, I love Lennys. They are excellent. I just did not like the attitude and negative experience at this location.

This location apparently changed management a year or so ago. Since then, its steadily gone downhill. I waited 20 minutes for a kids sandwich with nothing on it the other night. There were 2 people in line in front of me. Employees just dont seem to be in any hurry. And the sandwich quality is lacking as well, especially since they shifted to the model where you dont get to watch them make your sandwich. When we want Lennys now, we drive 12 minutes to the Germantown location vs 3 minutes to the Collierville one. My roast beef with oil and vinegar has more meat, and more oil and vinegar on it there. Avoid the Collierville location.

Great place to visit for awesome food and the price is right. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Restaurant is very clean and there are always people eating when I visit. It seems like the staff goes out of their way to be helpful and make outstanding subs! They also make great platters! Visit Lennys in Collierville. You will not be disappointed!

Ive probably been here 50+ times over the years, and Ive never had an issue with the quality or appearance of a meal. I dont usually write reviews for "fast food" type places, but this is a great location. Im writing a 5 star review because they are very reliable. Keep it up!

I went to Lennys Sub on 3-29-2015 at the sandwhich was so nasty, it left a nasty after taste in my mouth. I had the Club... no matter where I go in Collierville for fast food it is just terrible.... In Memphis the food taste better. \

Great experience. Called to arrange for a couple of party platters the day before, from Dallas, they were ready in plenty of time for my meeting. Great guidance from the store on what to put together. High quality products and services.
