Lynden Rook from Darke Complex here with another review, this time of Providence, RIs Asian Bakery and Fast Food. The staff here was very kind and very quick to prepare my meal, and the cafe setting and beautiful decor was a pleasant setting to my delicious meal. I opted for the spring rolls and for a tofu banh mi, both of which felt very authentic and both of which were extremely delicious. The French bread was the perfect consistency, crunchy but not too crumbly on the outside and soft on the inside. The various veggies in the sandwich tasted fresh and well seasoned, and the tofu was lightly fried with a great texture. The sauce in the banh mi was very delicious compared to other banh mis Ive had. The spring rolls are extremely filled, the sauce was a fish sauce and the shrimp tasted very fresh, a combination that made me very full and left me feeling fresh and satisfied. Overall, the restaurant provides incredible fresh, authentic tasting food at a very reasonable price. Great place to stop by for lunch break!

This spot is a hole in the wall full of flavor and locals. I get a list of stuff here: sea food pho, sandwiches, any Pad Thai, and the buns!!!!!! All the food is good never had an issue here! BRING CASH!!!! CASH ONLY!!!! Tip: If you are inpatient do not go here go with time on your side.

Its not authentic Vietnamese food. Banh Mi is so sweet, Phở tastes like instant noodles. The business is ran by Thai so thats why the taste is diferent to Vietnamese food. Prices are reasonable.
