My kids and I went to burger king and ordered foods and drinks, the food was great which I was happy with since I seem to always get cold foods, when it was time to fill my drinks they only had diet drinks so I asked the lady working in the drive thru if she had regular drinks in the drive thru, the only thing regular she had was orange soda not my favorite but at least not diet, I went back to my seat and took my first sip only to find it was flat and was not sweet at all. I couldnt drink it then my daughter got her drink and made a face and yelled"disgusting, no taste at all". I felt bad about spending the money and not being able to enjoy a nice cold drink. I complained about the drinks to the guy at the window and hinted that I wanted my money back or at least some ice cream, he went off on me yelling I wasnt going to get my money back and asked why I went up for a second drink before I complained which I didnt( he must have confused me with my daughter as I only went up there once when I asked for a regular drink from drive thru); the lady intervened and gave me two cups of plain ice cream, I regret taking it because by the time I left I was so pissed about the way I was treated by this man. It was clear in his mind that I had drink my soda, and wanted my money back as if I was some kind of dishonest person, not my character at all. I wont be going back anytime soon, he offended me and ruined my outing with my kids.

To whom it may concern, This past Friday around 3:30 pm, I stopped by Burger King at 53 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, MA. 01545 with my eight year old son to get a quick bit for him before taking him to his class. We went through the drive throu and placed the order. My son has a severe peanut allergy and is allergic to seseame seeds, so I made a requests on particular items when placing the order. When I received the food Ive ordered I pulled up to make sure I received everything Ive ordered and the food was safe for my son to consume. The order was wrong and a couple of items were missing. I went inside to have the order corrected, but instead I was given an attitude by a woman employee that was supposably the manager when I asked another employee if I could see the manager. This was a horrible experience and I have never been treated this way before. This woman was covering her name tag and I could not get a good read, so I made it clear that I would contact the district manager regarding her behavior at which point I was cuss at and verbally threatened with physical violence. Someone has to take a look at this locations employees in operation as this behavior is unexcceptable.

I was there at the place with my kid to order some food and it turned out that they had their systems down and were only accepting cash.That was fine with me but when I ordered they charged me more, when I pointed that out, there were telling me it was the sales tax,And I told them that the sales tax was around 7% but not around close to 50%. The manager Norma was angry and refused to serve me. I wonder why the heck would people open up the place during such incidents and try to rip the customers, all they could have done was to close the place for that shift and reopen when the systems were up rather than giving such an attitude and rude behavior. Never again we will be visiting that store

I would give this place 5 stars IF... only they could hire employees that were more pleasant, accurate and were able to handle stress. There have been times that the employees came off very rude, made me wait more than 15 minutes for food they forgot in our drive thru orders, messed up our orders ANNNNNNNNND we also received food that was still slightly cold. Unfortunately we have conversed with the managers before and nothing was done. I really think this place needs to be looked into there is a quite a big difference from a year agos service to now and I honestly dread going here at any time now over it.

I cant remember the last time I went to this place and they didnt screw up my order. Today I ordered a Spicy BLT Whopper and they forgot the B and the T. My fiance got a spicy chicken jr and it came with two bottom buns. Last week I got my son my a kids meal when I asked boy or girl, I clearly stated Boy and still got a girl toy. A few months earlier, I got a kids meal there only to find when I got home it only had the toy and the apple juice. Its like everyone working there is high or they just got give a damn.

Horrible. Staff unable to communicate in English, had to repeat order three times and then they were unable to repeat back the order, and then had to call manager to enter the order in their terminal. Soda fountain empty, no ice or drink. Many delays in broken services issues and even after Mngr knew about them NEVER received a "we apologize" comment of feedback that they cared that customers were inconvenienced

I know its fast food, so Im not expecting gourmet, but the whopper that I received was so drenched in mayo and ketchup that the bun was falling apart and was inedible. They only had a single person working the cash register with a long line and even with everyone else working in the back the wait times were around 10 minutes. The cleanliness of the place leaves something to be desired as well.

Terrible customer service and product quality. Surprisingly, continuing to be 1 of their worst locations for over 15 years! Ive even given them multiple chances and still over 15 years is 1 of the ongoing worst locations Ive ever visited. They single handedly have swayed me from liking the brand at all. I only go now if Im with someone else, I however, do not eat there anymore.

I ordered 2 ANGRY Whoppers and a Medium Satisfries at this Location. They gave me a free extra Satisfries for waiting for a half hour... Not a big deal... However, once I got home I was greeted with 2 ANGRY Whoppers W/O ANGRY SAUCE. HOW IS A MAN TO EAT AN ANGRY WHOPPER WITHOUT ANGRY SAUCE!!! NOW IM ANGREEEE!!!

Horrible waited 15 min in drive thru... after ordering heard lady complaining saying oh my goodness.... paid for food then was told to park and wait for another 10 min will never come back... would really like to kno who owns this horrible place they are stealing money

Go to bk on Grafton St, if you must have fast food. This is inedible and inaccurate. *Update* decided maybe was too harsh. got a pair of Sausage Egg and cheese sandwich. spent next 36 hours violently ill. Wont be back.
