This is a low-key, friendly Starbucks. It reflects Pennsylvanias Northern Tier mentality more than it does Starbucks corporate culture. Good place, kind to travelers in search of caffeine and wi-fi. Right off Interstate 81, just north of Scranton. It may be the last Starbucks before the New York state border on 81, so if youre driving up to Binghamton or points north, this is the last chance addict-stop. Tables outside in warm weather. Decent pizza in the strip mall nextdoor at a mom-and-pop pizzeria so ignore the Pizza Hut.

The staff are friendly and work as quickly and efficiently as they can. I hear a lot of people give them flack and yell at them because they have to wait, but the staff smile and try to be as gentle as they can when they explain that they can only go as fast as they can without spoiling or cutting corners on the drinks. Having to wait ten minutes out of your day for a drink when the staff is backed up out the door isnt a tragedy, people. Get over it. Really love this place and the staff!

I spent several hours at this Starbucks on Wednesday July 8 2015 because I was waiting for AAA in their parking lot. It is a really large renovated store with a lovely clientele. The staff, particularly a small young man named Schuyler were rude and dismissive. Schuyler was extremely attentive when flirting with customers.

Wow this is the dirtiest Starbucks Ive ever seen in my life!!! Awful parking lot. Food knocked over in the case with crumbs everywhere. Almost everything sold out on the menu. Oven shut down at 8:20 for sandwiches but they close at 9. No fruit in my Refresher. Ran out as fast as I could!

Worst Starbucks experience ever in my life Im from newyork city I was travelling back home from Canada and made a stop here I was very disappointed with the behavior staff was very rude and I felt like they were racists very unprofessional and slow and bad service.

Dont bother to mobile order, every single time they screw it up. From missed items, to wrong items to simply not having it ready and not even being aware there is a mobile order, you name it and they have screwed it up that way.

Parking is terrible. Only 2 people working on a Friday afternoon. Place was packed and it took 20 mins just to get a drink. Staff was pleasant, but needs to be bolstered for obviously busy times.
