The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Willing to go above and beyond for customers. They even offered to mail vitamin supplements to my Grandmother because she lives in Carthage to save her the time and gas- Now thats great service! Their prices are also very fair for high quality, plant based supplements! Of course, You pay more here then you would at Walmart but that is because you pay for the overall quality of the supplement in which are respectably and sustainable harvested and produced and again made from a plant source so your body can actually absorb them rather then excrete it as you would with most main stream vitamin brands!

One of the best Health Food Stores Ive been to in the US. The Staff is knowledgeable and are quite happy to help. The Manager is top notch also. The atmosphere is upbeat anytime of the day. The cafe has awesome healthy cuisine!

If youre into the nutrition thing, then this is your place to shop. For an all organic store the prices are reasonable, with much of its produce from local farms and a coffee shop in the back. Where else would you want to go?
