My wife and I ventured out on a snowy Valentines night to try "Hometown Kitchen." We are very pleased that we did. We found a clean and friendly restaurant in the little town of Georgetown. Everything that we ordered - coffee, rolls, chicken pot pie, baby back ribs, cheesy mashed potatoes, french fries, and broccoli and cauliflower salad was delicious and all homemade. The portions were very generous. Our waitress and the entire staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The kitchen was running like a well-oiled machine and the best part for me was how quiet they were. No loud dishes/pots/pans noises. It was a pleasure to watch the ladies run the show. There were many local folks enjoying their meals and the desserts looked awesome although we were too full to try them. The restaurant nor the food are "fancy" and thats a good thing: but it is clean and comfortable and the food and beverages are delicious and reasonably priced. For about $30 we had a very satisfying experience. I highly recommend the "Hometown Kitchen."

Fantastic! Probably the best breakfast my wife & I have ever eaten in Lancaster County! The food was so fresh & delicious. The homemade breads are so good. We took a loaf home to New Jersey! The service is excellent, always with a smile too. Great atmosphere, nice people all around. We will be back! So glad we stopped in! Our favorite new place. Thanks to all the employees. God bless.

Friends took us there for lunch so I tried a swiss mushroom burger. The Real Deal! No frozen patty here. This is one you must try if your near Quarryville Pa. Brought home some strawberry jam also..... This will be a regular for us.!!!!!

Awesome atmosphere, employees are always happy and courteous. If you want to see the heart of Lancaster Co, come on down, eat some REAL PA Dutch food. The prices are great.
