Dinner for 3 on Saturday 3-21-15 at Plymouth Meeting. Arrived at 5:45 - wait time 20-25 minutes. I asked why they werent seating people in the bar area tables and was told large party coming in and that waitress for that area doesnt arrive til 6PM. Finally seated at bar area table-I had Seafood Trio (19.99); HORRIBLE; lobster tail smaller than a shrimp; 3 shrimp (very small) on skewer; very small thin slice of tilapia. I ordered baked potato w/butter & sour cream and salad bar; zucchini arrived; flagged waitress and baked potato brought out. My meal was a joke. Wifes chicken BLT was fine; granddaughters spicy chicken fingers were okay. Meanwhile I was quite ill all day today and have had nothing to eat but last nights dinner! My opinion is that an efficient manager(s) need to be hired for that location. We have eaten there during week and had no issues but had hamburgers. This last meal has done me in for Ruby Tuesdays. Too many host/hostesses, all doing it their way and causing quite a backup and people just turning away when told 25 to 30 minute wait time. Come On, we are talking a fast food place (1 step up from Burger King). Sorry to say it will take me a long time to get over this experience! And the big party never arrived while we were there!!!

Salad bar warning. It sits out all day and does not get "rotated out" they just put fresh stuff on top of the old and do not remove it until the end of the night. This is all per the manager. My wife and I ordered our meal and it came with the salad bar. I noticed that all four of the salad types were starting to turn brown, wilting, appear to have slime on the leaves. I advised my wife not to get the salad until is gets rotated out. She asked one of the employees to rotate the salad and ge said not a problem. Another employee came out and dumped the new salad on top of the old. My wife brought it to the managers attention, his relpy in a non chalant attitude said the bags are date coded and are thrown out at the end of the day. I replyed I have a pregnant wife we have to watch the food that she can eat for the health of the unborn baby. He showed no remorse or apologize, when I advise my concern. Please do not eat the salad bar.

I ate at Ruby Tuesday in Plymouth Meeting over the weekend. The wait for the dining room was too long, so we decided to eat at the bar. We waited at least 20 minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge we were there. After we placed our order, our salads took 25 minutes to come out. As soon as our salads came out, our ICE COLD entrees arrived. Just before finishing our meal, the bartender finally asked how our meal was. When I replied that our salads came at the same time as our entrees and the food was ice cold, he proceeded to tell me "it happens all the time, the kitchen gets really backed up" and then went on to another customer. Definitely dont waste your precious time or money at this establishment!!!

As soon as I walked in the restaurant it smelled terrible!!! I didnt want to leave because I was staying in the hotel next to ruby Tuesday and didnt feel like driving anywhere since I had 4 kids with me. once we were seated it took 45 mins for the waiter to even take our order. there were maybe 15 guest seated at the time so it was not busy. then it took another 10 mins just to get water! once we got the food everything was over seasoned and salty. the floor by the salad bar was sticky. I was better off driving somewhere else to eat. it was my first time in ruby Tuesday and needless to say I will never return to any Ruby Tuesdays again.

My fiancé and I sat by the bar where Kristen, our server also was the bartender, was beyond fantastic. From the time we sat down, she served was great on timing getting us our drinks, got us appetizer plates, and even was able to accommodate our complicated order. Before we even needed to ask, she was already here with a refill or napkins. Impeccable service all the way. We even tracked down the manager to give her the exceptional acknowledgement she deserves. We will be tipping extremely well as we pride for those who knows true customer service. We will definitely come visit her again!!!!

We used to eat at Ruby Tuesday quite often, but this visit reminded me why that is no longer the case. This particular restaurant is starting to look a little run down/worse for wear. The salad bar was dirty (so I stayed clear) but that did not seem to bother the hoards of people lined up to chow down. Instead, my wife and I ordered 2 salads off the menu - which took nearly 40 minutes to be served. It just was not a pleasant experience.

I dont understand how this place only has three stars! Waitress was incredible and the food was even better!! Everything was cooked well and delicious. The salad bar was a little messy but it was all fresh. Got the strawberry shortcake sundae and was bigger than the Ruby Tuesdays near our house. More delicious, too. I would recommend this place to anyone. Had a great time. Cant wait to come back and Im still sitting in the booth!!!

I go to this restaurant every Sunday with my girlfriend, and we have had no complaints. Ruby Tuesday as a chain has significantly improved their image and cuisine in the last couple years, though the prices have remained relatively cheap. Great family place, inexpensive, and wonderful food and service!

The waitress was an angel and the salad bar was good, but I could have gotten tastier and cheaper food at McDonalds. I seriously paid $13 for fries and salad because that buffalo chicken dish I got was terrible. I wouldnt go back even if you paid me.

Terrible service, we waited 10 minutes for service and when we saw someone walk through the door (older white couple) and served right away, we left. When leaving there was SIX waiters standing at the front laughing with who I assumed was a manager.

I went there for lunch with one of my friends,He was telling me that they had a nice salad bar. But let me tell you. In all my years of dining. That was one of the worst salad bars I have ever seen. First and last time I will go there.

We used to love going here, but today it was awful. It was not crowded but had slow service, no biscuits, and the food didnt even taste very good. I also overheard a few other tables complaining and some sent food back.

Hats off to the new fresh salad bar. Lots more items than I remember, and you can still get a side of sliders. This location was easy to reach, clean, and with friendly service on the day I came.

It took a very long time for our food to come out and the place was dead. It was like pulling teeth to get beer refills and the food made my girlfriend puke when we got home. Will never return

Theres a smell. Dishes where dirty, salad bar looked a mess with runny watered down Ranch sauce. Spent $68 bucks and will never go back to this location. Love the other Ruby spots.
