I found a ROACH IN MY SONS shrimp fried rice So I decided to take the food back immediately after I saw the Roach the lady asked me whats wrong I replyed a bug is in my food she frowned her face and then began to finish taking her orders so then I had to get a little louder and say excuse me theres a roach in my sons food then she says what do you want me to do make you more food I said no just give me my money

Disgusted Ordered delivery and will never order again...Along with all the sauces and forks we also found a live cockroach inside the plastic bag. I called and they offered to send us our food again which I declined, I just wanted my money back....lost my appetite! will never order from there again

Oh my goodness, their food is delicious. I ordered while I was at work and their delivery guy appeared out of thin air some, 20 mins later.. My food was still very hot when it arrived and everything.. So I gave the guy a nice little tip.. Great customer service!

rude rude rude! food is average at best. So many better options out there who wont treat you disrespectfully. Imagine getting hung up on TWICE while calmly trying to resolve the issue....with a cocky attitude problem like "I dont make mistakes".

Food was awful! I asked for dry & spicy shrimp lomein & honey chicken. Honey was all over my lomein thats suppose to been dry And it wasnt spicy at all. The chicken was also mushy, never again!

So i just ordered supposedly a chicken vegetable soup but it looks more like a snake vegetable soup. Nasty!!! Wont ever order from this or any other chinese restaurant again!
