So I ordered lunch today and they answered the telephone very upbeat and friendly so great customer service. However, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on rye bread. When it arrived I noticed the beginning of mold on my bread. A light green beginning to grow across the top of the crust. I called them back and I explained the situation and I was put on hold while she went to check the bread. She cane back to the phone and said dont touch it, dont eat it, there is mold on the bread. OK. I am not angry because it is immediately being fixed because she mentioned we will send you another sandwich now. I am still a happy customer. People make mistakes, theyre corrected and life goes on. My new sandwich arrives. I say thank you, he says your welcome, he leaves the office and I open my sandwich. The cheese isnt melted (like it was on my molded sandwich), its cold and parts of the bread were wet. Now I am a pissed customer. 10.00 I spent on this lunch and tit was a joke. You will not have to worry about me ordering from here ever again. I didnt even bother calling back. I dont want another one of their sandwiches and at this point the only thing that wouldve made me happy is to return my funds. I doubt that will happen so I will discontinue giving my funds ever again!!

Ordered a sandwhich through grub hub two hoagies, one toasted the other non toasted. The toasted sandwhich was so hard. I called and the young lady stated they had issues toasting the bread. I ask for a replacement hoagie non-toasted. I called back for an estimated delivery time a male with an accent started to raise his voice stating I changed my mind and he is removing my name from the database. He said I could never order from them again. I attempted to explain the quality was horrible and the bread was hard. He shouted there is nothing wrong with the bread here. He said he would deliver my sandwhich but no more and hung up. I called back spoke to the young lady, she stated the issue was I changed my mind. Once again explained I never changed my mind the bread was hard and the quality was horrible. I told them to keep the replacement sandwhich , they said its on its way. The delivery driver took back the hard sandwhich and the replacement. I will never order from Golden Crust again. I paid more money to replace the hard hoagie. I filed a complaint with grub hub concerning my order. Horrible, Poor Quality and Unprofessional!!!. Save yourself from the horrible service!!!! Thank you grub hub for speaking on my behalf to the establishment and getting a refund.

Ive been ordering from Golden Crust for the past year. It was once my favorite delivery pizza place but lately their products have gone downhill. A few months ago I ordered their rotisserie chicken (which was usually good) and not only was it now fresh, it was super greasy. I ended having an upset stomach after eating it. I vowed to never order their rotisserie again. Their pizza however, used to always come fresh, hot, and with a great balance of cheese and sauce. Tonight once again I was greatly disappointed. Not only was the pizza dry and cold but the few sprinkles of cheese that they put on wasnt even melted:-( To add insult to injury, when I called to let them know how disappointed I was(I didnt even want a another pizza since we were starving) they put me on hold for "someone who was more qualified to take this call". Thinking that I was going to speak to a manager, what they really ended up doing was passing me to someone else who thought I was just calling to place an order. Never again will I order from Golden Crust!

First the ones that are saying great good and service (joyce) is lying. And they must work there. Along with the great customer service. They food is always cold, soggy and plain ole not right. You mess up once, acceptable. Mess up again ok whats going on. Every time we order its wrong. And then they want to argue. I ordered a gyro and they put the nastiest homemade hummus sauce on it. Gross. Let them know its gross. Got it right the next time. Ordered a falafel same thing. Ordered a falafel salad it was great. Order again and they put the mast sauce on it. I call and she says its on the menu. No its not why would I get salad dressing if thats on it. This place is the worse. I will no longer spend my money here. They are horrible and that is only a little of what I have experienced with them.

I have been patronizing this Pizza place for quite sometime and had been ordering the same thing for almost over year. Today As I ordered lunch I was hung up on and handled in a very unprofessional manner by the owner. it was over a substitition for a turkey burger instead of chicken breast on a salad. Its an order that they have filled many times. Because of this experience I plan to not patronize them again. I just wanted to share my experience with you just in case you ever plan to order from them.

The Chicken Caesar salad I ordered was extremely small with processed Parmesan cheese and stale rolls cut like strips of chicken for croutons. It costed me $7.55 for a salad with little almost no grilled chicken (less than half breast, 1.5 cup lettuce and romain mixed (fresh and crisp) and It took 20+ minutes for them to prepare it with No other customers in the store (except the customers by phone and a few stragglers). The cashier was polite and well organized but food. NEVER AGAIN

Food is ok, prices are..ok. The only real issue Ive had is that the delivery is extemelyyyy slow. On multiple occasions Ive waiting over 2 hours for the delivery to come and its only about a mile away. Then by the time I get the food its cold. I wish they would just openly communicate that they are short on drivers, there is a long wait, etc. - had I known that I would have just picked it up and had hot food.

Small pizza shop that seems constantly busy due to the lack of options for good pie in the area. We tried it a few times, not bad, not great. They did forget to put carrot cake in my order once...still kind of salty over that. If you need cheap, uninspired pizza last minute..here you go. They have a good selection dessert and a few domestic beers also.

I been going there for three years,without any problem until last night..they food is nasty to me but my son like they pizza...last night the manager suppose to be...took my order with a nasty attitude...I didnt appreciate the way she handle my order..ima make a complaint to the Corp an let them handle them ..never again going to them.

Ordered from this place twice and both times the pizza was soggy. We had to put it in the oven just to make the crust crispy and edible. We also ordered the mega fries and it was a load of crap the bacon was nasty and the fries were as soft as their crust. Stay away from this place I just threw 38 bucks worth of crap in the trash.
