My wife ordered two of the desserts with ice crea em in them and even specified that she wanted vanilla in both. Shortly after getting in the car we realized they were made wrong and didnt have any ice cream. No big deal, people make mistakes. We returned to get the order fixed. The sales clerk insisted my wife ordered wrong and said she would need to pay for an order ice cream on the side and mix it in herself. Unfortunately this is the second time we have experienced poor costumer service. We really wanted to like this place but the poor service has left a bad taste in our mouth.

My husband and I discovered Rainbow Snow 1.5 years ago and cant believe we hadnt gone sooner! The ice cream and ice are delicious! The owner is usually there and he always has a friendly smile and conversation. He is open to suggestions as well. Their pb soft serve is the best and it even comes in a choc-pb twist.

Quick, delicious, and lots of varying flavors to pick from! I love that there is soft serve, hand dipped, ice, and combinations. Be careful with parking as it is fairly difficult and limited.
