I never write reviews but I always read them, I came here instead of the local starbucks because of the reviews and I wanted to try something new. It wasnt awful but all of the employees seemed very flustered and it wasnt very busy. The woman at the counter had no idea which soups are vegetarian and then added chicken to the salad I ordered for some reason. She didnt give me a number so the foodrunner was walking around with my food for 5 minutes or so asking everyone if it was theirs. Just seemed a little odd to me that a corporation wouldnt educate their employees about the menu more thoroughly. Food wasnt bad but youre much better off going to Panera Bread or any other café.

For a self-serve place with a simple and very limited menu, the prices are a bit steep -- but maybe its just "Newtown pricing." They dont always get my order right, but I usually just eat whatever they bring me since the food is all rather generic. Coffee is on the weak side, and neither the coffee nor the food is as hot as it ought to be. Room-temperature scrambled eggs arent too appetizing. Based on the foregoing, I would have given this Corner Bakery two stars, but the lack of adequate cleanliness warrants only one star.

Its kind of like Panera, but the food is better and most people I talk to agree. Free WiFi and free refills. I always see people working here and also seems to be a popular place for groups and clubs. They even have a private function room for larger or more formal meetings. Outside seating as well. Service never takes long even busy. So why 3 stars? -1 for taking my go-to salad off the menu. Long live the Kale Caesar! -1 for forgetting items more than once on pickup orders. Check everything before you leave!

Visited for lunch today.Food was good as always. Customer service by cashier was non existent,no eye contact and rude.We are frequent visitors ourselves and when we have visitors from the UK we always take them here .Not anymore

This place used to be good but its gone down hill. Service is slow, and they always get our order wrong. This time we went and they were out of salad except for spinach...how does that happen at a salad place? Not going back...

Met a colleague there for a "business" meeting. the dining area was loud and I cant say for their coffee, but the hot chocolate was puke-a-riffic, tasted like the milk was warmed in a vat with road kill
