ordered online and paid online for pickup. showed up a half hour later and they said they just got my order. waited another 20 minutes and they charged me again saying they never got payment. i checked my bank statement, saw that i was charged twice and called back. Owner said it was my fault and hung up on me. I went back to deli to get my money back that i was double charged and he called me ungracious because they were working in a hot kitchen and told me i shouldnt order online through them again because it always gets screwed up. Cannot believe the owner would be so rude and not value his customers and I will never go back there again, which is sad because i frequented their deli often.

These folks are super nice, and they try to accommodate gluten free when they can. They are one of the few delivery options in the area that offer gluten free thats not pizza (and the GF crew knows how that can be...) so I was very thankful to find them. They were very friendly and delivered quickly. They did, however, put croutons on my salad when I asked them not to, but the bunless cheesesteak was tasty--no, its not Philly, but it was good. The fries werent cooked, through, but it filled me up when I had no other options. Id be willing to give them another go and get the food fresh.

Eat here at least 4 times a month due to not being able to get enough of their greek salad with grilled chicken...best salad ever!!! Also think their cheese steaks (both chicken and beef) are unbeatable in the Lehigh Valley!!! We have also catered family events from Newburg Deli. Their best kept catering secret is their eggplant parm and chicken parm. Owners are also kind, caring and very generous to customers and community. I will be patronizing this establishment for many years...Lord willing:)

The food here used to be awesome. The last two times I went, I got home and the rolls were so wet and soggy they made me sick. Tonight I threw half of it away. Ive heard they are opening other locations. Sadly that seems to be at the expense of the original. Im not going back. Since this review Mario has personally reached out to me and I have tried Newburg again and they have gone back to the awesome place with awesome food they used to be.

I work at a plant and the guys always ask for there cheese steaks when we are getting lunch. I then had them cater a large turn around for us and had to call them the morning they were suppose to deliver and add enough food for 10 extra people. They were extremely accommodating and all 35 guys loved the food. They also brought us lunch the next day as well and everything was perfect! I will absolutely be continuing to use them in the future.

Everything thats been ordered from Newburg Deli has been fresh and excellent. So far weve had Cheesesteaks, Burgers and Chicken Parm Heros and their fresh cut fries. The portions are generous, so much so, I usually eat half a sandwich and reheat the second half in the oven with no loss of flavor or quality later that day or the next. Im sure, in time, well try everything on the menu! Buona mangiata!

This is bar none the best cheesesteaks on the east coast... quite possibly in all the US. Any location you go to will be equal to itso sister store. The meat is fresh and high quality. They dont skimp on freshness or portions. You wont be disappointed thats for sure! Check them out. Itll be the best food choice you have made all year!!!

Ordered through GrubHub, paid for our order through GrubHub as well. We received a call, saying they cant take our order, they are too busy???? and it will take 5 to 10 days to get our money refunded to us. This is a terrible way to run a business. I will never try and order from them again, and recommend no one else to order either.

Kids loved the cheeseburgers but wished the fries were a little more crispier. Cheese steak with mushrooms was delicious. Portions are pretty big and the owners were super pleasant. Definitely will be coming back again.
