Waitress was excellent. That is all the good I can say for this restaurant. Food was very subpar, ordered my favorite sandwich, a turkey bacon melt, with no tomatoes. The sandwich was brought out and it looked like they had put tomatoes on it, realized their mistake and sloppily removed the tomatoes after they had pretty much attached themselves to the sandwich. The crepes were burned and not like they used to make them. My mother ordered her favorite wildfire chicken salad and complained that it tasted like someone dumped salt in the salad. Their dinner rolls were hard and crusty. I used to love their food, but the place has lost their food quality, and unfortunately are still serving that low quality food to customers. If a manager had come and visited our table, as they usually do I would have let him or her know the problem. But that was not the case this visit. I will not be returning.

Nightmare! My wife and I went there on a Saturday with my parents and there was barely anyone there. We ordered, the food was majorly messed up. My mother never ate except for her apple sauce which they did charge us for! Never got refills, waited an hour to eat, 3 of 4 orders were messed up...then there was a situation with the seating host..not getting into that! The waitress tried but we never had out meals fixed and my mothers was made to go! My parents say usually its good service though.

service wasnt bad but the food was horrible. Ive never thought highly of bob evans but this just confirmed it. runny eggs, burnt home fries, undercooked soggy french toast. nothing was good. the check out lady asked if everythign was ok, and i just laughed, she said if you have a problem i can get the manger. but whats the point if the whole meal is terrible, i just wont ever go back.

My family and I stopped for breakfast twice in the last couple of months and we were greeted with the same terrible no emotion, I dont care of as waitress. She forgot to bring out food, the mocha caramel latte was so sticky and the presentation had looked like a kindergartener made it plus the food was mediocre. We will not be coming back for a long time.

Terrible service. Poor food. Set a biz meeting there they ran out of several of our ordered items which we had to change then. Finally got our food about an hour after we were seated. At end of 2 hour meal as our items trickled out of the kitchen we were very disappointed. The manager did reduce our bill. I wont be returning here anytime soon.

I went in for dinner with my wife and son, while I waited for hostess . The rude person behind me gave her name to hostess while she was walking over to wait on us. I then gave my name so I sat to wait but the people behind me got called first, apparently they knew hostess so I left . I will take my business elsewhere where people arent so rude.

We eat at alot of Bob Evans restaurants. This on looked good when we walked in but the tables were clean but not clean just felt dirty, the floor were not clean. The parking lot had 3 cars in it at 8:30 should have been my first hint. The eggs were ok but everything else was not. Cold food on a plate it not good. This store just felt dirty

Wow! Just Wow! I was pleasantly suprised. I have been to a few Bob Evans restaurants before but this one was by far the best. It was very clean, even the restrooms. The waitress was courteous, thorough, and prompt. The food was hot and it well prepared. Even the young lady at the register was very nice.

Bob Evans boasts good "down home" cooking. I have yet to eat something I dont like there. My faves are chicken pot pie and the biscuit, eggs and sausage breakfast with sausage gravy. The restaurant is always clean and homey. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable.

It was horrible. The mush was over cooked, we ordered American cheese on omlet and got cheddar cheese, the home fries were burnt. We had to wait 25 minutes for our food. The waitress said it was a new cook and that was the problem. Hard for me to believe he was the only cook

Food was good, service was good, menus needed to be cleaned, the problem was sticky syrup fingerprints, hot soapy water or sani wipes would take care of that, However the young workers at the concierge stand preferred to hand out sticky menus.

Eggs were soggy, toast wasnt even toasted, hash browns were raw! I Sent them back but they came back raw again.. Worst meal Iever had at Bob Evans. Told manager just said sorry, no discount.Will not go back there waitress was fine.

This one is ok. There is one server shes older and Im not a fan. I feel she rushes you through and then forgets about you. The food is usually pretty good. Nice clean restaurant. Most of the service staff is pretty good

I love the food the service was good there was a wait but it was worth it and the prices are inexpensive and the restaurant is that kept very clean its a good place to take your family to dine I love their food

It clean food is great generally the staff is Pleasant and inviting I gave it four stars because my waitress was not very good and rushed me from the time I was seated and she never introduced her self at all.

Always a good spot for Sunday breakfast. It can be hit or miss depending on where you get sat. We never get the new menu always have to ask for it. The waitress is always in a rush and get your order messed up.

Not a great place to work disrespectful employees manager show favoritism to some employees and some managers are rude and there HR departments sucks. They dont return phone calls when you leave messages
