UPDATE: In the 4 weeks since that review, Ive placed approx 5 orders, and received 5 different excuses why they cant deliver. Im lowering my rating to 1 star. What a shame. The food is absolutely phenomenal, which is why its a shame I have to give this place 2 stars. I order about 4 hoagies once or twice a week for the office, and we are located 1.2 miles away from Primos. Yet every time i want something delivered, its not doable. Im not saying they turned me down once or twice. I mean EVERY time. Its always that the driver is out, or that there is a 20 dollar minimum, or a 30 dollar minimum (it always changes apparently). Im sorry but if you advertise that you deliver, then deliver. If you dont, stop sighing and snapping at me everytime I order.

I ordered for pick up. Went and picked it up. They gave me the wrong sandwich. I work 20 minutes away and was on lunch break. I called them to complain and they told me I had to bring it back, but I couldnt because lunch break was over. They gave me no help from there and told me if I brought he sandwich back they could refund me next week. Literately I have the sandwich in the fridge and am ringing it back on Monday because they wont just credit my card without it.
