So I went to the website and it said May 5 Hoagie Day $5.99 all Primo hoagies. So I order my hoagies (4 hoagies thinking Im getting a good deal) after RARELY going to primos, she says with attitude are you a rewards member. I have no idea what a rewards member is since I havent been to promos in forever. There are NO signs saying you can only get the $5.99 hoagies if you ARE a rewards member nor does it say it on the advertisement on the website the day of. So I say NO. So Im charged $40+ for 4 hoagies. When I call the store to inquire and tell her I just realized my husband is a rewards member but he had no idea he was could I get the discount she says NO. The transaction was already done. THERE WAS NO ADVERTISMENT ON THE SITE OR IN THE STORE SAYING YOU HAVE TO BE A REWARDS MEMBER TO GET THE DISCOUNT!!!!! Not right!!!! Plus the attitude! I will NEVER GO BACK TO YOUR STORE AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND ON SOCIAL MEDIA NOT TO GO TO YOUR STORE BC YOU SCREW THEM OVER WITHOUT THE VERBAGE ON THE WEBSITE AND ON STORE. THANKS FOR NADA. OH AND THEN THE GIRL ADMITTED YOU RAN OUT OF THE PRIMO BREAD( BUT YET YOU STILL CHARGE FOR IT). Nice. I would actually give your store a zero not one if I had the opportunity. Thanks.

NOTHING is washed. Not the tables, napkin dispensers, windows, counters, cutting surfaces, knives, bins, TOMATOES, LETTUCE.... NOTHING. Once in a while sanitizer is sprayed. There is only one slicer for everything, meat cheese and produce, making your wait twice as long as it should be, if youre lucky. Roaches hang out in the bathroom. They make their own rolls which are rarely ready in time, cut two rolls for sandwiches out of them, leaving them with a ton of middles which they throw out, instead of giving them to a local charity. If the whistling vents dont drive you out, the stench from the grease trap under the sink will, if someone mistakenly uses it.

Great hoagies (as is the case with other Primo hoagie stores) however, this store closes at 7pm? Every other retail food establishment in the area is open until at least 9pm. Who closes at 7pm? Even the Dunkin Donuts right next door was still open after Primos closed. DUNKIN DOUNTS!!!! If you cant find the staff to keep the store open later than 7 then offer better wages or sell the franchise and let someone else run the store like it should be run.

Sweet mother of crappy customer service. I ordered five sandwiches at 7:30 PM. The girl taking my order on the phone told me 11 times, with a major attitude, that they close at 8. She over-spoke me to another worker four times while taking my order then literally said "Okay" and slammed the phone on the hook. Ummmm.... No thanks that will be all please.

Awesome hoagies, fresh ingredients, personable staff, great service. sadly I want to eat here more often but they arent open very late. i realize this is more of a lunch place but your food is so good i would suggest you stay open a little longer, I believe you would get the business. Awesome though, youll want to go there more often too.

I will never go there again.. since this is the third time I asked for no seasonings and you STILL put them on my hoagie. Three strikes and you are out... as well as me telling everyone I know not to go to your hoagie shop!

Got some hoagies for the super bowl, of course pre ordered, they were amazing! They had all the good sides and some great whole pickles so i grabbed some. This location also has the side of marinated mozz (personal fav from primo) so i will definitely be going back.
