Every time our business has ordered they gave us some excuse to why it would tale so to deliver. Lunch time is our busiest time well get there when we can. Why do they offer delivery if they dont want the delivery business, they have pizza on the menu but it always take delivery longer on that cause lunch time is their busiest time. We ordered lunch at 11:30 one time our order never got to us till 2 pm. Im done ordering from there delivery person was always great but owners are more worried about eat in business then delivery. So I will let every one I know not to eat here. Its amazing they have an excuse for everything its not the customers fault they have delivery and not the help to take care of customers. Do they know word of mouth dose a business good or not in this case not.

Mediocre at best, slow service. When ordering food for pick-up its Never ready. I ordered a Stromboli and was told 25 minutes, arrived in 30 minutes and after being there for a few minutes I saw a boli being made and asked if it was mine and it was! A big size order went out when I got there so they were behind but why tell me 25 min? If they told me an hour it would have been fine as long as I wouldnt have to wait when I got there!!!!! POORLY MANAGED

I have been ordering from V&S for years. The past couple times I have tried to order for delivery I get "sorry cant do it" or "we arent delivering today". WTF? I can understand on a snowy night or bad weather but each time has been a clear day. I wont be ordering from this business ever again. They have lost a great customer.

didnt even get to eat the food because we walked in and saw someone standing in the back who saw us and yet purposely avoided us and did not come out to serve us. we were blatantly ignored and when we started walking out we saw them watching us go. called the number ss we were walking out and they answered instantly.

Never been a fan. Their hoagies are the worst in the County i have had. They put 10 pounds of lettuce on the hoagie and the quality is poor. Big Berthas, Chapmans, Screpsis, Mays are all alot better. Save your money for a real sandwich.

This is a quality hoagie shop. Best cheesesteak outside of Philly in my opinion. Ive never had a bad meal here, and Ive been eating here pretty regularly for a long time.

Great Subs, Friendly Staff !! So much Better then Subway and way better prices then Most Hoagie Chains !!! Definitely Recommend stopping here for a bite to eat !

I had their burger and fries and it was terrible, even the soda was bad. There are so many other places to eat in Lancaster, so dont bother with this place.

I stop by V&S all the time on my way home from work. Awesome cheesesteaks! Great Burgers and fries. Great if you want good ole fashioned american food.
