Just went in for on plane and one pepperoni there was no one up front to wait in me. The girl was on her phone in the back seen me come in and went back to being on her phone. Then the guy manager was walking around in the back. And after 2 minutes of waitin he finally comes up to the front to wait on me. So he said $10.60 and i gave him 20 and said i have 60 cents. He said ok TAKE YOUR TIME. as in being a smart ass. The pizza was cold and old. It look like its been sitting there for over an hour. They shouldnt sale pizza thats been sitting there for an hour. And get better people to work there. Rude and unprofessional I can give it a zero I would have.

Although our end product was very delicious, the service while receiving this order was horrible.....the only reason Im giving this two stars is because the food was very good, but a serious 1/2 star for service as my girlfriend was treated very rudely as they had the name wrong which I clearly spelled out for the person taking my order.....My girlfriend usually picks up the pizza from the Upper Darby store which is always outstanding as we are always treated courteously and get a consistently great product....Glenolden....you just lost another customer....get your s**t together !.....

Never had a problem until today. I ordered two orders of cheesy bread, saw them in the warmer....waited 20 min (thought maybe I was wrong and that was something different in the warmer)...finally a girl asked me what I ordered because the other girl forgot. Well I sat there for 20 plus min for nothing because they were sitting in the warmer the whole time. Then when I got home the cheesy bread was burnt and one wasnt even cut up. Very disappointed... (I dont normally write reviews but this was very annoying)

The pizza at Little Caesars tastes like melted plastic over a piece of undercooked dough. But, my kids get excited for it and for $5, the cheese and pepperoni would be a good deal if I didnt have to wait 10-20 minutes for a "Hot and Ready" every single time I went in. Love the price, hate the wait. And the taste.

The man with the tattoos ( didnt get his name) in the front is always very helpful and polite everytime I go in. I called in an order and when i arrived it wasnt ready. He apologized and went in the back and personally put it in for me. Great employee and fast service will definitely recommend!

Came to get a plain cheese Because they wasnt taking orders over the phone. Came at 9:45pm and they are supposed to be closed at 10:00pm. They were already closed. So if you plan on getting food here make sure its before 9:30pm even though the store supposed to be close by 10pm

I dont know what is going on at this location. But you have one person doing everything. Can you not keep help here. The young woman there is keeping it together. Being pleasant with customers. Treat her right. She deserves a raise & your respect.

Smells horrible . Looked as if they were going out of business nothing was stocked . Its all kids running the show . Had to wait forever for two trash pizzas . Definitely last time going there and will do business elsewhere.
