I ordered lunch special and told them plain fried rice, plain with no veggies and pork because Im allergic. I got my order the rice had veggies. My husband called them to ask about the order and say they got it wrong and the guy hung up on him. We went up to them with the food and they are arguing with us on what we ordered. Bad customer service , customer is always right. It escalated so quickly to the point my husband wanted his money back and they gave it back to us. We asked for the manager and they said he wasnt there so we asked when hes coming and they pretended not to know. We also asked for their name and they told us they cant give it to us. One of the guys was slender and wore glasses and the other was a really skinny guy thats always there. Really horrible customer service and I dont recommend this place to anyone. The staff is argumentative and rude.

I have been there plenty of times before, never had a bad experience, the last two times I have gotten food from there the lady at the counter taking the order has messed up my order and has either forgotten part of my order or added something that wasnt asked for. Today my husband got food and she messed up our order again, added food and forgot food, when we got home to eat it I found hair in my food. Like Ive said Ive never have an issue if the husband is working and cooking but when the wife is she always messes up! Most likely will NOT be going back!

Very ignorant told me if I pay with debit card min is 15 so I ordered my food then she tell me they are not going to deliver just two things I had to order more I asked for a total n it was 17.89 before delivery charge (3.00) I asked. How many items I had to order for them to deliver n she told me 5 items or more for delivery no matter what my total is TERRIBLE never will I ever order from here again

Cheap prices but equally cheap service. You ask them to make a food certain way like spicy or crispy but it comes out the same. When you call and ask them why you get replies like we were busy and sometimes (this one is my favorite)they tell you that we dont eat spicy food. SERIOUSLY???

Food is mediocre... similar to any chinese restaurant, only with bad service... the lady on the phone was rude and had a smart remark for everything... everytime I call, Ive had enough... in this economy you would think you would appreciate your costomers...

Food was incredible, I ordered shrimp and fried rice with 2 spring rolls and it got here 20 minutes later. Incredibly fair priced, with wonderful quality. Id rate 6 stars out of 5 if it were an option. A must have.

This is the only Chinese place around that still serves rib tibs. On top of that the delivery times are incredibly quick. It would take me longer to pick it up myself. Fair prices and prompt delivery.

The food is very good and always tastes fresh. The spicy options are truly spicy. The other options are flavorful, but not spicy. They always get my order right. No unpleasant surprises.
